Maas International Liquid Metal Polish, 8-Ounce

I saw a magazine ad about Maas years ago, and cut it out, but it seemed a little pricey, and I never ordered it. I came across the ad recently, and said to myself, "I bet I could get that from Amazon." I could, and I did, and it was even a little cheaper than it was in that old ad. "WOW!" That is what I catch myself saying every time I wipe off something I've just polished with Maas. I can't help it. This stuff doesn't just remove tarnish, it actually polishes the metal. Some things I've used it on are probably shinier than they were when brand new. I've used it on aluminum, brass, silver, copper, iron, pewter, and bronze. I was worried about getting it on gemstones at first, but have applied it, either on purpose or as a consequence of polishing nearby metal, to turquoise, mother of pearl, smoky quartz, and sugilite, with no apparent damage. I found myself gathering up metallic things from all over my house, eager to see what they would look like after using Maas on them! I bought the 8 oz. bottle, and I've only used a fraction of it. It really is a bargain. It's a little hard to get used to the best way to use it, because it's not like other products. Use just a tiny bit. Rub it all over the item with your hands. If there are small crevices or depressions on the surface, an old toothbrush is good to scrub in the cracks with. If the item is large, you might want to do a section at a time. Then, immediately, start rubbing or buffing the surface with something like a piece of old terrycloth towel. The more you rub, the shinier it will be, but it doesn't really take long to get an amazing shine. Rub off any residue, and just let me see you TRY not to say "WOW!" If the item is intended for use with food, you should wash it, but it may stay shiny longer if you allow a film of Maas to remain on it. This is the best metal polish I have ever seen.

This is easy to use and works like a charm! It polished different metals to a nice shine with very little effort on my part. It wipes on and off easily. It also does not smell bad like some other metal polishes do. I’m very pleased with it.

WOW, I know this stuff is expensive. But after I did my silver goblets, when the other silver stuff didn't work that is..... I decided to use it on my kitchen stainless steel sink. Omg I was blown away. So much black tarnish came off the sink, and it just got brighter and shinier and even my husband noticed that the sink 'LOOKED NEW". This is a sink from 1984. When the condo was built. It is scratched and ugly. NOT ANY MORE. I will use it on other metals for certain!!!

I needed a cleaner to polish my silver. Maas was recommended by a jeweler. I used the Maas paste many times. But the tube of paste wasn't available. I know that this brand work well so I reluctantly ordered the liquid. I glad I did. The liquid is faster in applying and faster wiping off. The cleaning power is just as great. No hard scrubbing. It is a little pricey compared to other brands but it work and there is no toxic smell.

The absolute best brass cleaner out there. Been in law enforcement 20 years and always have to clean the brass on my uniform gear. This product is by far the best cleaner and easiest, quickest, and longest shine protector I have ever used. The prize is absolutely worth it once you begin to use it. Highly recommend to anyone who has brass on their uniform equipment.

My mom swears by this product. I bought her a replacement bottle which she is thrilled about however the product arrived damaged and leaking. Since she lives out of state, I am not going to have her run out to return the product for replacement. But I thought I would mention it here.

Cleans tarnish from uncoated copper beautifully with no streaking or scratching. Just some elbow grease for rubbing and polishing. Expensive, but worth every penny. Highly recommend.

I clean old brass candle holders at church. There over 150 years old. I tried Maas product and this is the best ever to polish the candle holders. Worth the money wipe on gentle rub wipe off and a beautiful shine
