While it is a great product, mine developed a fault after about 3 months, but powkey replaced it quickly.So all considered - Im a happy customer.

Sadly, this stopped working after only 1 use. It no longer allows me to charge it whichever way I try. Very disappointing saying it was not cheap! I got this for a trip I’d planned so hadn’t testing it out fully for several weeks, I’m therefore no longer able to request a refund. It did have great potential but searching for fixes showed this was a common issue. I’d definitely check more carefully in future.

It is a good product but not for £91! The battery charges up phones and laptops but, because the laptop drains so quickly it is pointless to charge it up. It is great for the family to charge their phones with though! Or used as an emergency charger in the car on trips. One full battery charges the laptop once. It is worth £50 max

I received great service from Powkey and when things didn’t work as they should they replaced the item free of charge.

Both me and my husband bought one each when they were on sale for taking camping. One didn’t work at all and we had to return it but there was no way of replacing it so just had to return it and get a refund which was annoying as we wanted 2. The second one did work but it doesn’t hold charge very well. So if you charged it you had to use the power within 2-3 days or it would be flat, even if it’s turned off and you charge nothing on it and use no light…But it does charge quite a few phones if you charge it and then use the power in the first couple of days so that’s good. And the lights are good and bright as well. It’s just a shame because it would be good to be able to charge it and keep it turned off and have it there as an emergency light source while at home but it would be out of charge by the time you went to use it.

This stopped working all together after 3 months. Basically the first time I went to use it it’s fully charged and turns on but it charges nothing it’s basically an expensive torch 😟

I baught this to charge my electric bike up as a top up on long journeys . Sadly it was not powerful enough. However I say it would be ok for phones, laptops etc, sending it back as it does not do what I wanted it for.
