iPhone iPad SD Card Reader, [Apple MFi Certified] 2 in 1 Lightning & USB 3.0 High-Speed Dual Slots SD/TF Camera Memory Card Reader Adapter for iPhone/iPad/PC/Laptop/Desktop Supports SD and TF Card

Bought the adapter to download my files from my Nextbase dash cam. The Wi-Fi function was broken, so used this in case I needed it. Brilliant piece of kit.

Compact neat and good quality. Did the job.

The USB connection works fine. The device wasn't initially recognised by either my ipad nor my iphone, both running up-to-date iOS. I discovered that it's important to connect the reader (without the card inserted) to the iOS device, and then insert the card (in my case, pushing it firmly down into the reader). That brought up the 'import' menu and from there everything is intuitive. This is not really made very clear by the instructions pamphlet.

It fits well into my iPhone but is a poor fit into a laptop so can’t use it for its purpose

The media could not be loaded.  After reading some of the reviews I thought this was going to be a nightmare to use. It’s not. I plugged it in to my iPhone 12 with my SD card inserted and then went to photos. There was a new little option to ‘import’ going to this option I was given a gallery which was populating as the photos on the sd card were being read. I could scroll through them, select them and download them to my iPhones gallery so that they’re on my phone now as well as still on the card. Quick easy absolutely fantastic as previously I’d use the PC to do this. This is much easier, the wire is very small doesn’t require external power and works! Simple! Very good.

The iPhone & iPad SD Card Reader was a great option to transfer files between my iPhone and my backup SD card. The reader supports both Lightning and USB connections, and can read both SD and TF memory cards. It is easy to use and is a great way to quickly transfer photos and videos.

This is another gadget in my armoury to assist me in using the iPad together with my PC despite Apple changing their connectors to align with PC makers these days. I own the iPad Air 2, an iPad Pro and several PCs and laptops, and I am forever changing this connector or that connector. I can do away with all that malarky by transferring my data from the iPad to either an SD card or a mini SD card or what they call a TF card these days to sum up all the different models and specs. This little piece of kit consists of a slightly longer aluminium body to contain all the gubbins for accepting these cards with a USB-A 3.0 for the PC connection side, and a lightning connector for the iPad side. The lightning connector sits at the end of flexible very well braided cable. This Apple certified piece of kit performs well in what it does and is very good value at £11.99. Just in case you might buy this thinking that you can transfer data straight through the chassis, in other words directly between the iPad and PC without using the SD cards, you can’t. So now you don’t need a large data stick or drive sticking out of the chassis and having to change to another connector to transfer data to yet another computer. On top of that you can transfer data to two SD card readers. Job simplified, job easier, job done! Excellent 5 stars.

The device comes in a resealable plastic packaging.The SD Card Reader appears to be well made and has a nice smooth feel to it. It is dark grey in colour with an Apple lightning connector at one end and a USB 3.0 connector at the other so great for moving photos between an Ipad or Iphone and PC Desktop.It has two ports one that takes a standard SD card and the other which takes a micro SD card. It is a very useful device for getting data between the two different platforms.I have found no issues with it at all. It works very well.I hope you find my review useful. Thanks

Lo quería principalmente para pasar fotos hechas con la cámara reflex al móvil y sí que sirve, el único pero es que tenía otro que también lo hacía y era a través de una aplicación y su uso era más sencillo, aquí va a la memoria y luego tienes que enviarlo a la app que quieras.
