Really heavy duty. Well built and they look like they will last a long time.

My brother and I are both professional musicians. I have an old 1865 box grand Steinway and needed to relocate it to another side of the room. When I originally purchased it in 1984, it required 4 football players to move. I'd seen similar straps used to move a piano in Glasgow in 1994, so I decided to buy these to facilitate the move. These straps made it a snap to move the huge, ungainly piano. In fact, my brother was so impressed with them, that he asked if he could keep them. (My other pianos are on piano dollies, so I let him have these.) However, my husband told me later I oder another set, because he thought it would make it easier for us to move things around our farm. Definitely worth the investment!!
