I’d bought a well reviewed similarly priced trailer plug which was brittle and flexed hopelessly. This is the total opposite in that it’s well built and easy to fit but doesn’t weight significantly more.Terminal screws are excellent quality, it can only go together one way and is labelled so installation is almost fool proof. Very positive connection to the car.No issues - really recommend.

I wanted to swap my old seven pin trailer plug. The only reason it's made of plastic and doesn't tend to last long wearing tear. I purchased this online there arrived very early. Replaced the old one with this new one and it works.It's a good quality strong aluminium very durable does the job well need a small Phillips screw-driver to assemble it.If you're going to do this your self. You're need to do some fact-finding mission first E.g Youtube. As this does not come with manual. I hope this helps. Great product so five star.

The screws to lock the wires in place were not tightened, so two had fallen out and were loose inside the assembly. Worse, one of the screws had a badly-machined head which meant a normal cross-head screwdriver wouldn't fit the head. I was able to get it out with a flat-head screwdriver, and threw it away to replace it with the one for the foglight wire, which I didn't need. Assembly is sturdy and generally good quality, just a lack of QA on the screws used.

Very sturdy and easy to wire up, would recommend and would buy again, good value for money, far better than similar plastic ones

the old trailer plug got pulled of buy staff as they forgot to disconnect!So with wires hanging out this was a bit of a job i thought.They plug arrived quick and there was a little colour plan with it so it was a easy walk in the park to connect!The metal protects it better than the old plastic plug :)Very happy with it!!

I've been through several plastic electrical connectors on my trailer and decided to upgrade to a sturdier model this time around. This metal connector is far superior to the slightly cheaper plastic ones on the market. It is well made and very easy to wire up.

Use these instead of the plastic ones as they are stronger, good value for money
