You can see how much dough is in the delivery tube without any dismantling. The recipes were easy to follow and the cookies were delicious. It is very comfortable to use and the variety of cutter shapes produces cookies that appear as if they were made by a computerized industrual machine. This is so well made it will be passed down to the next generation. It was well worth the very reasonable price. It would make a perfect gift for a bridal shower or birthday for the baker enthusiast or cookie monster wanabe!
