Very good pan for the price
Quality cast iron pan for the money in today's market . It's the right size to take on multiple cooking needs . The casting itself is pretty good with crisp lines on the underside . Handle edges could've been refined a touch smoother (which I can address myself later) , but not bad at all ... just me being fussy . The documentation and overall feel & appearance suggests it's already seasoned , but I will do it again in the oven or gas BBQ pit , just to say I've done it , and to insure it's nonstick and easy to clean . Overall a good addition to your indoor/outdoor cooking pans .

Ya conocía la marca ,sigo teniéndola como el primer día ,porque esto es eterno, pero quería tener una segunda sartén y me he comprado también un segundo hornillo y la verdad que no hay color con otras marcas, es preferible gastar un poco más, pero sabes que tienes sartén para toda la vida y no merece la pena andar con probaturas por ahorrarte dinero. Muy importante saber curarla después de su uso y tendrás sartén para toda la vida

No mistaken it for a nonstick.
I don't know what all the fuss is about for these cast iron pans. Everything sticks to it, even oil. I like the pan, it does keep the heat, but I can't cook anything in it. Put bacon in there, it sticks to bottom; eggs in bacon grease, forget it. Steak worked pretty well, but it stuck too. I only cook on medium heat; maybe I need to flood it with oil before I cook, but I don't want all the splatter and fat.
