Great little ammo case to keep in your backpack or range bag. bought 3

I travel a lot with a firearm. TSA now requires that ammunition be carried separately from the pistol. This case is perfect for safely and securely carrying ammunition in your checked luggage. I like the fact the case has a locking feature and that the case itself does not scream "gun or gun accessories inside." The case has a glossy black finish instead of the usual "tactical flat black" so popular these days. In fact, the case looks more like a traveling cigar humidor than anything else. To further that deception, I pasted a sticker of my favorite cigar brand to the top of the case. The ammunition is securely stored and does not rattle. Perfect for 9MM, .380, or .38 Super calibers. Holds 100 rounds which will make the case somewhat heavy. I would like to see a 50-round model. Strongly built with solid hinges and snaps to secure the lid. My only nit, it's a little pricey for a plastic case filled with foam. Recommended.

This case has done a great job storing and protecting my ammo from moisture. I store various sizes and the foam interior is very forgiving. The size is comfortable for transporting in a backpack or tote, and design is a durable plastic material. I appreciate the locking mechanism as well.

Very satisfied with my purchase that I may buy 2 more. Locking mechanism can be locked without using keys but still accessible to others or locked with key only giving you access to ammo. Love the orange color too!

Works great. I modified it to use while traveling. I can carry spare mags and enough ammo to fill them with a couple extra. Being able to lock it is great, I only don't like the bulky key. But it works!

The case is solid and sturdy, with a tight front latch that has a circular open / seal / lock mechanism. You can open and seal it by hand, but the included key is needed to lock and unlock the case. It is plastic though, and there isn't any eyelet or equivalent for TSA approved locks. Not that I would try to carry this on a plane, but it may be an issue for some. I haven't tried the waterproof feature (and have no intention to). All of the holes in the form were punched out and uniform, a nice and snug fit for 100 rounds of 9 mm ammo. Each end of the case has crossbars that you could slide some kind of strap into to carry it, and there is a circular hole on one corner that I clipped a lanyard with a snap hook to for easy carrying. I think I'll order a second one at some point to help securely story my extra ammunition.
