Relatively simple to fit. Neat push button to switch to a quite powerful spray which resets when the water is turned offThe excess entension hose does require some clear space under the sink as otherwise it snags when you extend it but things can be moved around to help with this.The supplied tap hoses have a neat push fit connection to some short copper pipes which go into the tap body. If I have a criticism about them it would be that these copper pipes need to be a bit longer as it can be difficult to get to the release clips when the clamp is tightened.Finally the red/blue water temp indicator points straight downwards when the tap is centred making it a bit pointless. It would be better to have something on the circular face of the handle but that would be a minor convenience once you've learned which side is which.Overall a tap which looks and works like some of the £100+ shop bought ones for only £40!

This tap is amazing, the quality is second to none. it looks and feels very expensive and the build looks very high standard, although I have not fitted the tap yet I actually look forward in fitting it, the securing fittings will be so much easier to install, without all them fiddly C bit clamps, which never seemed to hold the tap into place for long. this tap has a brass threaded ring imbedded in, what looks to be, a robust plastic casing that you will be able to grip and tighten, everything seems as it is going to be plain sailing, so to speak. I cannot recommend this seller enough also, they are extremely quick in posting this item out. I ordered it on the Tuesday and it was here by the Thursday, considering I live on the isle of Man that was a very quick service, very pleased, thank you

On delivery tap looked very good. Installation was relatively easy. On installation tap was wobbling around on the mounting, notwithstanding the securing nut being tight. Removed tap and found the threaded mounting sleeve was loose in the tap body but due to the design it is not possible to screw the sleeve into the body tightly, therefore the tap is not secure. Item returned to Amazon who I have to say in my experience their return policy is first class. Ordered a similar tap from Amazon whose design where the tap tails are attached is much better and allows for the threaded mounting sleeve to be tightened into the body.

Really cheap compared to other taps yet still functioning as expected and looks brand new a year later. Really surprised at how good the quality is considering the price

Arrived well packaged and well before the stated delivery date. The tap is made of good quality material and looks really nice when fitted. Although a heavy weight is provided to help retract the hose, a little help is needed to guide the end bit to its place. This only required if the end bit was pulled out. May be due to having not enough room under my sink to fix the weight at a better position. Spray switch works well with both cold and hot water. I think this is an excellent, good looking and very functional tap if you have a combination boiler or high pressure hot water supply.I have low pressure on hot water supply therefore the hot water flow through the tap is much weaker compared to the cold water. Hot and cold water mixing within the tap is also not good because of the low pressure of the hot water supplied from the hot water tank. I suspect there may be a back flow of the hot water to the tank also when mixing selected. All this is I think due to the low pressure hot water system.If you have a combination boiler and or high pressure hot water supply I think this tap will work perfectly. It has a real good quality look and very easy to operate. Fitting was trouble free for a plumber.

Firstly the box was damaged, but the Amazon brown box wasn't. So this was either a return or the box was damaged in the warehouse. Inside the box the tap was covered in hard foam molded 3 part packet. Again this appeared to not be taped so caution should be taken so as to not drop the contents. The only parts in packets were the pipes and the washers. The tap was not protected other than the foam.Tap was fine however the three hole cover was missing. Not an issue as I didn't need it.The tap is not dificult to fit at all. A little thinking is needed to get the screw on and off the shrank as it will not come off with the hose pipe in the tap holder. You need to pull it out a bit. After this it went together fairly quickly. I needed an 11mm spanner for the waterpipes at the tap end and used an adjustable at the supply end.Time will tell how the tap performs but at this time it is doing what it should...and no leaks. I have knocked off 1 star due to the packaging.This tap has had to be replaced now due to it constantly leaking and there appears to be no repair options. Was fine while it worked, would have expected a longer life span so knocked another star off.

Works like a dream - I love it - great quality product. Plumber fitted it so can't comment on fitting - but the product itself is a top quality item. Looks great in kitchen. Spray function and pull out cord fabulous!
