Ordered 2 to shade my East-facing patio. Easy to install, even on an alumawood structure, and they are light-weight, but have rings at the bottom to add weights if it tends to be windy.Only thing I didn't like was the pull cords were different on each one. One on left worked more smoothly than one on the right. Wish they had both been the smoother working one, but the other works OK.

This was an exceptional find! We live in Texas where the afternoon sun beats directly into the living room, causing it to be uncomfortably warm. This solar shade matches the exterior paint very well, so when it's rolled up, it blends in and is unnoticeable. When the shade is down, you can tell a big difference in the temperature on the balcony, as well as in the living room, and it allows just enough light in. This one was in our price range, and even though it did not come with instructions on how to install, it was very easy to figure out, and we had it up and functioning in a matter of minutes. The drawstring is a fantastic bonus, it really makes putting the shade up and down so much easier! We are eager to see our electric bill next month to see if it has actually helped. Regardless, it has made the Texas summer afternoons much more bearable in our living room. Thank you!

I ordered on the same day all one order TWO outdoor shades. Same style and color. I left them boxed until my son came to visit and install them. He put one up. I took the second from its box to be hung. Not the same color as the first and extremely wrinkled(it still is months later)and the holder that gets screwed on to hold the pull cords are 2 completely different styles. One shade is cream color the other tan

I hung this in front of my large picture window and my house faces the west and no shade to keep out sun and heat. I did have to put 2 anchors in the flower bed to tie it down. If there was wind it would fly into the window.

Great product! I have a southwest facing window that gets full sun several hours in the afternoon. Even though it is dual pane, the glass heats up so much the whole room becomes stifling. I installed this shade earlier today and even though the sun is blazing down on the window, the glass is cool and the room has not heated up. Price was great, too.

I purchased 2 for the sunny side of our porch. Love the design and color of them and they work great keeping the afternoon sun blocked so we can enjoy the porch. Highly recommend !

Very easy to mount, cuts down just enough on direct sun to make it comfortable on the deck. Lightweight and easy to mount.
