how many mixes dose one box make

I use 28g powder mixed with 100/150mls water (depending how thick you like it!) per serving. Hope this helps you work out out many portions per box.

What is the expiry date please?

It has not got one, but it is dry and sealed, I cannot see it going off anyway, it does not bother me about dates, it is high on spices anyway, as long as thing don't have a use buy day they keep way pass that date, I have ate yoghurt a month out of date it has not killed me yet,
