I love this generator, wish I’d bought it months ago when I was first searching! Initially I chose a different brand, with no inverter, then I found this one! Luckily for me the other generator turned up damaged so I sent it back and ordered this! It was a dream to set up, no drama, easy, just need a little strength to choose the fuel types switch!! Up and running well within 20 minutes, started using the blue tooth remote…ideal for me as I’m disabled! If we get more power outages I’m like a good girl guide and ready for anything…I’ve even bought a propane cylinder in case petrol gets scarce. Where I live is very rural and only 1 garage between here and nearest town. Absolute 5 stars out of 5! Does everything it says in the tin!!

What a piece of kit. Comes with everything you need except the oil which is fair enough because 'this way up' is a message not all couriers understand. Followed the instructions and the videos, connected it to a Propane cylinder (regulator & pipe included) and joined the battery leads. Pressed the remote start to see if I needed to take a plastic protector thing out and the genny woke up. As it is brand new it took 3 presses, not surprising as it had never had fuel in it) and away it went. Well impressed.

I have been looking at generators for my horsebox for ages, after alot of research bought this, it is fantastic! Amazing value! Didn’t need dual fuel but higher out put than the model below. Remote start is a really great feature and works from a distance away. Power outage is great, does exactly what I need it to! Highly recommend

Very impressed with this generator especially the dual fuel capability. Used for 40 hours so far so no experience with reliability yet. Appears to be well built and the remote start is a major benefit to me. The range of the remote is amazing. I had a challenge understanding how the lpg regulators connect, it’s not clearly defined in the user manual, having contacted customer support they will add some more description in future. Customer support have been very responsive and detailed.

This is really good generator and with th digital outputs it is real useful. The fact it is duel fuel is truly useful. It takes a full gallon of fuel which of course adds to its weight but if you are using the gas supply and it runs out this facility allows you to keep running the generator while you swap out the gas bottle. The one thing I would like to have is a place to store the various tools and cables and pipes when they are not in use with perhaps a hinged side panel and a replacement spark plug included. The weight of the gas bottle may put some people of using it and the connector for the gas bottle require a spanner to connect it where by if they could have a connector like you use for the BBQ it would be better and if there could be a trolly for the gas bottle to be pulled along behind it it might be better.

As described need two oilchange quickly after purchase one before start 2nd after a tank of fuel used ! Not as silent as advertised but I love the reliable remote start the display and the power output ! It's realy capable to put out3.5kw of power (tested) but if you take this much or more than 1000watt continiously be ready for more raised rpm along with more noise ! :) it's not your campsite outdoor silent buddy :) but no question work nicely and smoothly for long hrs ! I use to charge my van battery 10kw LiFePo4 with 1700w electric charger! With 1700W continious load the 4-4.5 lit/ 1gal. of fuel last me 2.5 -3hrs! Even if you turn the eco mode on it will burn the fuel like crazy under heavy load! Not too fuel eff. But reliable starts every time first time and runs smooth ! Just keep it serviced and change the oil regulary! The starter battery get recharged untill the gen. is running ;)

Love this generator. Easier to start than my Honda. As a girl I find the pull start too difficult! This one is push button - brilliant! Easy to connect to my LPG. Not too loud when running. Best prep I own right now!
