Wht are the sizes for the xl/regular? i’m trying to order but i don’t know what i need.

Hello and thank you for asking. The regular size fits people with a chest circumference between 24" to 48", while the X-Large is mostly for people with a chest circumference between 40" and 58".

Yes, our posture corrector is washable. We recommend to manually wash your brace for longer durability, but it can also be also washed in automatic washers. Thank you for your question

Does this help with keeping shoulders down? I am not kyphotic nor suffering back issues but my neck and shoulders are a problem.

It primarily pulls the shoulders back, and makes you stand up straighter as a result. It helps you raise your chest in line, so I suppose your shoulders would drop a bit, but its not like it pushes them down. As far as I can tell, the only effect on the lower back is it may get tired if it's used to slumping. Hope this helps.
