SYNERPROTEIN - Soya Protein Shake, chocolate flavour (448g)

I've used this product on and off for years. I really like it. When I am not overly hungry I use it to make sure I am getting my nutrients. I'm not always able to eat breakfast in the morning, so one of these and a piece of fruit is ideal or just after a gym session or if you just need to supplement your diet. It makes up a really nice smoothie drink and I have used it and added it to a smoothie I made in my Nutribullet. The only thing I don't like is the new packaging which is very cumbersome to store in the cupboard as it takes up too much space. These used to come in nice slimline tins which were full. These tubs are half full so it also feels like you are being cheated out of your money but this is because of the packaging. It's also a lot of plastic! The product itself though is really good and after all these years I still rate it.

Just received my protein powder today. I whizzed it up just with water in my blender along with a tablespoon of peanut butter. It's absolutely delicious! I try and limit my dairy intake as it an give me an upset stomach if I have too much and so many are supposed to be mixed with milk or are made with milk so it's great to have this soya one. I tried it just with water today, but may try soya milk tomorrow for extra creaminess. It blended really easily, I added just maybe 100ml to my blender and then the scoop of powder, blended that and then added the rest of the water and the peanut butter. So far so good, I can't comment on whether it helps me to lose weight yet though!!

I can't comment on the product yet but found absurd the size of the container compared to its content (50%!!).. it would be great if nature sunshine was environmentally friendly and switched to more sustainable packaging

I really struggled to find a soya protein without milk products in, but this ticked the box and it has a very palatable taste too. I have one for breakfast every morning and my nails/hair have really improved since using. Will buy again.

I bought this to help with wound healing for someone I look after. I tried it myself today and it is really lovely. I didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised at how good it tastes and was easy to make. It comes with a fairly large scoop to use and you only need one with 6fl oz of milk, they say skimmed milk but I used semi skimmed. On reading the information on the side of the container I was further surprised to read about all the additional good it does and what it provides for the system. I was most impressed and will definitely be purchasing this again. The person who I bought it for said it tasted nice and didn't have a problem drinking it which is another plus for me.

I have used this product for years, along with the vanilla, and mixed with fruits and or vegetables, is tasty and nutritious. It's easy to mix with water or milk in a nutri bullet or smoothy maker.

I have used this product for a long time and really recommend it. I add to my drinks or cereals in the morning and it sustains me, even on days I spend at my exercise classes. Me personally I need extra protein in my diet to stop me being hungry and this really does the trick.

Excellent product if you blend it using a hand held blender and I add a banana and teaspoon of peanut butter or almond butter. If you try using a shaker, it will be lumpy and not very nice. Excellent tasty and filling if done the right way!

Absolutely love this product! I mix it with TNT in milk and it tastes very nice. Also delivered earlier than expected :)
