these are attractive, strong jars. just right for my preserve making. I like the size, as i prefer to give people a slightly smaller jar than the largest.

I love hosting dinner parties for friends and family and I am always looking for ways to impress my guests with presentation of my meals.Made a coffee liqueur mousse on one occasion and decided that I wanted to serve in little jars instead of a normal serving dish. Friends were delighted with the look of the dessert so was great all round.I have since used these jars to tightly store home made red onion chutneys and wine reductions. Very securely sealed by the lids and also they are great in a dishwasher.Have used over and over again and the lids still fit tightly. Brilliant product.

I absolutely love these! Im back after almost 3 years of using them to store pickled veg. I use them pretty much monthly and they have never let me down. I was sas about how small they were in the beginning, hence the three stars but they have truly stood the test of time. 0 chips on the lids, dishwasher safe amd the sealing mechanism after all this time is still perfect. For the price they are a steal and I would happily purchase them again if I needed some more.

We don’t eat jam by the bucket load so these are a great size to put your homemade jam in.They feel quite sturdy and arrived all in one piece. Plenty of paper wrapping around them.Comes with stickers.We also used the rest of them to put our homemade chilly sauce in, something between sambal and sriracha, hot, yum.

I love making jam and marmalade and this year am making loads for personal Christmas presents. I have been collecting jam jars but I need something better looking as I intend my cooking to be gifts and these hexagonal jars fit the bill beautifully.

Indeed, with a glut of greengages, apples and blackberries in our garden the year, we use the excess fruit for home-made jams.The jar necks are reasonably wide so, with a jam funnel, filling them is easy and mess-free.We sterilise everything before use - the glass jars by popping them on a tray into a 100 degC oven for a few minutes and the lids we put into a saucepan of boiling water.We are rather chuffed 😀 😊

Brilliant! perfect size and design. Look really nice, especially if you are making jam, jelly etc. as a gift. Bevelled edges stops them rolling When laid on their side or knocked over.
