I'll start with the only problem I had from purchase to installation. When the box arrived, the shipping box was in pretty rough shape. The security box was fine. Unfortunately, the bag the keys were in had split and the keys fell out of the shipping box. I made a call to Tuffy and had three new keys FEDEX'd out to me. Held me up for a day. Installation was straightforward and worked as the instructions and various videos show. The box has a reasonable amount of room for three long guns in cases, possibly four. The functionality of the box fitting below the seat if a great use of space.

[2023 F150 Tremor 401A - no subwoofer] Build quality is 10/10. I love how sturdy this thing feels. Installed w/o trouble. You may have to unscrew both 13mm bolts for each seat to slide the bracket under. The bracket may need to bend up or down a bit to accommodate the hole on the rear of the lockbox. Other than that, Install took less than :30 minutes. It does fit with the full-coverage Weathertech mats. There are no clearance issues with the power inverter. Seats fold down without blockage. 5 stars

I would normally give this 5 stars but I deduct 1 star because I had to seek out this workaround on my own when Tuffy could easily supply this. I am a retired Army Drill Sergeant so instead of filling my time pushing Joe or making Joe push until I get tired I'm relegated to lame tasks such as this now. I almost feel they should pay me a finders fee for this beyond simple solution to fully secure the two 13mm bolts that you attach the Tuffy vault too but a Soldier's way saves the day as they say. This review doesn't cover the Tuffy vault as there are plenty of those on here, I am only discussing my workaround for securing it. I purchased two since at the time I purchased them on 2/17/22, they were only $12.99 each, a small price to pay for twice the security. I already had my vault inside my truck but it doesn't matter if your vault is installed and by extension the plate for the vault is already in place or you're installing it for the first time. Once it's there and before you put the OEM bolt back in just put the bottom part of the Spare Tire lock Device device down (pic 1) and then put your bolt in (pic 2) and then just lock the top part down over it (pic 3). I started on the passenger side thinking that would be the hardest side because it's a tighter space, plus I have sausage fingers and I was losing daylight. I also wanted to document this to help others. Nope, that side went quick. I went in cocky on the driver side thinking I had all the room in the world and I wasn't taking any pics. Murphy found me, sighted me and took me out before I could see it coming. It's my own fault. TIP: If you're having trouble securing the top part to the bottom and the key won't turn freely, that means you've secured the bolt down too tight and there's not enough room for the top piece that locks to the bottom to fit in because the bottom piece is compressed to close to the base of the metal (If you're prior military think nutz to buttz in the cattle truck, you want the opposite of that), ask me how I know (insert multiple curse words and the neighbor kid getting yelled at complete with the knife hand and all because he can't mind his own damn business. His "woke" father wanted no part of that). You just need to back it off a quarter of a turn at a time and try it again until the key will freely turn. Had I not over tightened it, the install would have taken me a few minutes. I hope that helps anyone who's on the fence because just as fast as you can secure this now is what it would take for someone without this to unbolt it with with a 13mm socket and drill. I'm not naïve though, anything can be defeated given enough time, opportunity and proper tools. This just gives that added security to make it even more difficult so hopefully my Black Ops is better than the would be criminals Black Ops or frustrates them enough to go hit the Tuffy vault down the street that doesn't employ this method. Be safe out there boys and girls and if you can't be safe then be deadly.

Use this daily it's worth the $$ for peace of mind, should be a 10 star option in my opinion considering what this does. It's not Ft. Knox but it's pretty darn secure. Great stash for valuables with plenty of room for said valuables. Mounts out of sight....out of mind but fairly quick access.

Packaging box came delivered pretty much destroyed. The driver taped what he could and allowed me to inspect before accepting. I declined and took my chances. The Lockbox was completely undamaged and all hardware was accounted for. This does fit but required a little pushing and shoving to fit over the OEM rubber mats. It will fit though. The 3 locks all use the same key and each lock comes with 3 keys, so you will get 9 keys. Not sure that was necessary but I guess you can give the extras out for Christmas presents (-: Overall happy with the install and hope to get plenty of use out of it.

Bought this as a gift for my husband for his new pickup truck. Had looked at several models and most were plastic without a lid. This is worth every penny (and then some) which I paid. Very sturdy metal, with a locking lid. It's secured to the back seats, rather than merely sitting underneath and being held in place when the seats are down (which, we have ours up on occasion for carrying items). No sliding around! Installation went quickly and hubby was very pleased with his gift.

Arrived quickly. Packing was not good. Arrived with two small dents. Still functional and hidden under back seat but for $600 I would like to put my own dents in it. Overall item was good. Not sure its worth $600, but its installed and functional. Firs pretty well under back seat. Would have given 4 stars if care in packing was exercised.

I have a 2021 F350 and it was a perfect fit. It took me maybe15 minutes to install this by myself. It's an easy installation and I really like the product.
