I have a Scuff PS5 Reflex controller that started to get a pretty lousy stick draft. I have changed analog pads on several controllers in the past for this problem and was about to change the one on my scuff when I saw this product. I figured for the price it was worth giving it a shot and boy am I glad I did. Installed it on both analog sticks in about 5 minutes. Tested the controller on GamePad tester and made the adjustments on the pots to get the best performance. Now my controller has zero stick drift and on Call of Duty, I have the dead zone settings at 0. Way faster and simpler than changing the analog module or sending my controller back to Scuff. I will go through all my controllers for ps5 and ps4 and put these on them.

Do not recommend these, as a electronic repair company owner I had high hopes to provide these to my customers to prevent their stick drift. I installed these an 8 controllers, and all controllers were returned. After removing these from the controllers, the stick drift went away.

This product worked well to adjust the centering on some alps 2.3 ohm joysticks that measured closer to 2.1 ohms and 1.9 ohms. The flex material is sturdy and took the heat of soldering without taking damage. The potentiometers will get you so close to the center that the deadzone will never be a worry. If you are swapping joysticks out, just take the extra step of installing these while you have it apart, and you will have a better than factory controller.

Works exactly as expected. If you can solder moderately well, you can fix your stick drift with this. I tried other fixes, including changing the entire potentiometer which is challenging. This item fixes stick drift in a minimally invasive manner. Once soldered in place, slight adjustments eliminated the stick drift completely. After soldering in, you’ll need to connect to your PC and use a web-based software to monitor the POTs while adjusting.

These potentiometers are working really good so far. My stick drift is completely gone! It is however a little complicated to attach them, especially for the PS5 controller since it has rumble motor wires in the way. The best method of attachment I found for my PS5 controller was not to completely solder all corner supports, due to how the wires are in the way, it would make the potentiometer board have to bend.

The mod was easy to install, also it fixed the stick drift. That’s why i gave it 2 stars. That where the ease of use and effectiveness ends. After installing on multiple Xbox one controllers it made them virtually unusable. The controller is pushing down or right indefinitely even after calibrating and see that the analog sticks are centred multiple times. Maybe mine were defective, but all the ones I tried weren’t useable. Save your money
