Great economy camera!
The camera is of satisfactory quality and is easy to install. The wiring is abundant, with enough wire left over after installing the rear camera in the rear of an extended Express van. If you're in search of a dependable and top-notch car dash cam, the EY02 Dash Cam is definitely worth considering. This camera system is built to capture crystal-clear footage of both the front and rear of your vehicle, ensuring that you have a complete record of any incidents or accidents that might occur on the road. One of the most impressive features of the EY02 is its ability to record simultaneously on two channels. This means that you can record both the front and back of your car with ease.Apart from its recording capabilities, the EY02 also comes with a host of other useful features. For instance, it has built-in Wi-Fi, which allows you to connect to the camera using your smartphone. This makes it a breeze to review footage and adjust settings on the go. The camera also comes equipped with a G-sensor, which can detect sudden impacts and automatically save the footage from before and after the impact. All in all, the Dash Cam is an exceptional option for anyone in search of a reliable, high-quality car camera system. Its dual-channel recording capability, wide-angle lenses, and other valuable features make it a wise investment for anyone who wants to stay protected while driving.

Crystal-clear footage and impressive features at a great price
After a lot of research, I decided on the IIWEY EY02 4K Front and Rear Dash Cam, and I’m really impressed with what it offers. From build quality to video performance and ease of use, this dash cam punches well above its price point. The package includes the main front unit, a compact rear camera, mounting gear, power cable, and even a pry tool for neat cable installation — a thoughtful touch that made setup much smoother. It also comes with a detailed manual that walks you through installation, settings, and usage.Installation was straightforward. The front camera attaches to the windscreen via a solid adhesive mount, and the rear cam can be mounted inside the rear window. Running the wire along the headliner and under trim panels took about 30 minutes in total, and the included tools helped a lot. Power is drawn via the car’s 12V outlet, though there’s an option to hardwire it for full-time parking monitoring. In terms of video quality — this is where the EY02 shines. The front camera records in true 4K, and the footage is impressively clear, even in varied lighting conditions. You can easily read number plates, road signs, and fine details. Night vision is also excellent — bright headlights and streetlamps don’t blow out the image, and even low-lit roads are well captured. The rear camera records in 1080p and is perfect for capturing what’s happening behind you. It’s wide enough to cover all lanes and provides good detail for accidents or reversing footage. The dash cam includes loop recording, G-sensor collision detection, and parking mode — all of which work reliably. I tested the parking mode with a hardwire kit, and it captured a bump during the night perfectly.Navigation through the menu is easy via the LCD screen, and settings include resolution control, date/time stamp, watermark toggle, and audio recording. The camera uses microSD cards (Class 10 or U3 recommended), and swapping them out is easy thanks to a side-mounted slot.A small but welcome bonus is voice feedback — when recording starts or stops, the device gives a clear audible prompt, so you’re never guessing if it’s working. If I had to nitpick, it’s that the rear camera isn’t waterproof — so it’s meant for inside mounting only, which may not suit all users. Also, the screen is small, so you won’t use it for playback much — but that’s what the SD card and a PC are for.Overall, the IIWEY EY02 4K Dash Cam is a top-tier product at a mid-range price. Superb video quality, reliable features, and easy setup make it an excellent investment for any motorist. Highly recommended.

Handy dash cam
This dash cam is very good quality for the price. It was easy to install using the shoe horn thing they give you for tucking the cables away. The video quality of the front camera is great, the rear is not so good but I just see that as a bonus feature. It records constantly on a loop and just overwrites when the memory card gets full. It auto saves if you have a bump or you can press a button to lock the currently recording file. It's turns on and off with the car engine and does everything it's supposed to do. So far so good. I got this on offer and for the price I can't fault the piece of mind it gives me. I'll be getting one for the wife as soon as it's back on offer

Quality 4K front/HD rear dashcam.
Brilliant dashcam (I now have in two cars). Easily installed and as there is no battery it can stay in the car throughout summer without issue. Brilliant feature listens for your voice to 'Take Photo' or 'Lock the Video' without touching the camera. Managed to work with the seller to get an updated firmware for my first camera, which was easily updated. You need to plan how to get the cables from through to the rear camera, I chose to go above the roof liner and with a flexible cable rod this is possible. Quality of the images are superb and you can either pull the SD card and watch them on your PC or use the phone app and watch them wirelessly. The app could be a little more user friendly but its easy enough to use once you've had a play. I bought a larger 256GB card for more storage.

Rear camera fault
I have been using this camera I think for the price it is a very decent camera but it would be worth it if the rear camera fault was not there.I got a garage and have brought around 15-20 off these and rear camera did not work in 4 of them so had to get replacement but now I need to supply and fit for free another 8 dash camera for my customers as the rear camera has stopped working in all 8. So I found it hard to believe so I set one up on bench and guess what rear camera stopped working after 3 weeks so tbh not worth buying. Unfortunately people who leave feedback leave within couple days and they don’t get to experience the faults and then can not change their review. Also when trying to contact seller to get only rear camera there was no way and Amazon them selves could not help me so I had to order a complete kit again to replace rear camera and then waste more time to go post it back.

Not a good dashcam at all
I am already using this for two weeks, dashcam is good in the reviews and description only. I am an IT professional and have good knowledge of operating various electronic and software associated with such devices.Overall picture quality is alright at least better than other features mentioned in the description.Good thing (which deserves three stars)- Physically it is a very good design, beautiful looking- I think no screen is actually a positive thing as it will not distract the driver- Good picture quality & 5G feature.- Good customer support, I contacted them via email and they responded on time and tried to help me even though that didn't work.Cons (deserve no star at all)- Poor night vision, is not a good thing at all.- Nonexistent parking monitor, in fact it is 24 hour recording.- No looping, camera saying storage full and stopped recording after that.- Poor application and usabilityWhy?I was excited to use this camera after reading those reviews and the description itself. The first day I realised hardwire kit would be good decision to enable parking mode. I purchased the recommended one in the description which was 2 wire kit. Camera is powered up when car is on and switched off during parking, camera continuously record once engine switched off and locked, camera also stopped after few hours of non-stop recording instead of auto power on and records emergency video when detecting a collision, getting evidence if your car was hit or stolen. This false description is really upsetting and I contacted customer support, Miya tried to help me and informed actually I needed 3 wires to hardwire the kit to enable such a parking mode. I received one from them and already managed to connect it to the camera. not it is working but same again non-stop recording instead of "auto power on and records emergency video when detecting a collision, get evidence if your car was hit or stolen." as mentioned in the description. And Loop recording is not actually working, I purchased recommended SD card, but the camera stop recording once storage is full, and there was no emergency video that should prevent overwriting as the description claimed. This is the main reason I wanted to review and let potential buyer know the fact and seller/manufacturer find out real issue with the product and improve from next batches. My recommendation:In fact, I won't recommend this camera to anyone who will try to explore all the functions in the description or the application. But it is a good camera if you only want to record when you are driving and can spare time to delete or format the SD card on regular basis.

Very good, discrete dashcam with easy installation, but night vision could be improved
Initial impression and setup:The presentation of the dash cam packaging was very good. Simple setup with provided QR code. Everything required to install it and tidy and hide the cables is provided: cable clips, a trim remover tool, adhesive strips, a guide in the box and even YouTube video showing how to do every part of it!Dash cam itself:In terms of the dashcam itself since it has no screen main interaction is through the app, but the dashcam has a led notifying you when it is recording as well as voice prompts (which can be disabled if you wish). The lack of a screen also makes it very discrete so if positioned correctly you can make it hard to notice. It has a micro sd card slot, the description clearly states one is not provided so make sure to purchase a suitable one, I used 128GB SanDisk High Endurance and after formatting it in dash cam works perfectly.App:The app is actually very good, it’s easy to use and crucially provides all the settings needed to interact with the dash cam. Contrary to some of the reviews I can confirm it does reliably connect to the app, haven’t had any issues with that and the footage is indeed high resolution. Note: You must connect to the Wi-Fi network of the dashcam to use the app and to get the full resolution you must download the footage. The transfer speed is decent and equivalent to other dash cams I have used although the quickest option is always to remove the SD card and download footage onto your device that way.Now onto the main thing the quality:For daytime, I think the footage of the front camera is very good. Reflections are sometimes picked up and sometimes some areas are overexposed though. For the rear camera, it is acceptable, number plates can certainly be picked up once cars are close enough. For night time, the quality of both cameras is not the best but the environment is still very visible with both cameras. Due to the price of the product, I leave the review as 5 stars as it is overall still a very good product.

Works well after 6 months
I've used this for about 6 months or more now. It's a great camera, front and rear. You have to control via an app from the App Store, which works ok.The picture quality of the front camera (when the footage is download from the SD card to your phone or device) is excellent, does seem 4k. You can easily read registrations in the daylight from over 10 metres away, at night you still have good quality.Only issue I've encountered is that it is slower to start recording after I start the engine (I hardwired mine), so perhaps I need to re-format the SD card which is full of recordings that I don't need.I'd recommend this to anyone sceptical of buying. The sticky pads are strong and keep it in place. Routing the cables is a bit of a pain.I'd buy it again if my car got nicked.
