Never thought I would find something that safely helped my kids sleep better at night. Natural ingredients and my toddler sleeps so much better without the nightmares melatonin was causing. I’ve even tried them on some sleepless nights and found myself drifting off within a short time and waking up without the hangover I noticed with other products. Also easier on the wallet than many other products.

This was a backup plan when we ran out of other sleep aids for my daughter with ADHD. She loved the feature to get the tiny tablets out, and it was pretty much the only thing she would use because it was basically flavorless. However, it didn't work at all to assist with sleep.

Love having this option that's not overloading the kids on melatonin. I will occasionally switch between these & a kids melatonin gummies. These work better for my youngest who is 3. I give 2-3 tabs when needed before bedtime.

I was looking for something homeopathic that was not melatonin to help my four year old wind down on nights she seems too stimulated to settle in. These definitely seem to help, but I only noticed a difference when I gave her the max dose. She seemed to lay more still and be faster to fall asleep. I don’t use it daily but it is advertised as non habit forming. I think overall it’s a great alternative to melatonin for kids

The liquid version works for my 7 year old but these do nothing.

I see a review with a googled warning. People, please do your research on homeopathic medicine BEFORE going on an unwarranted smear campaign. This medicine works when used as directed. I am not going to go into detail, but please understand how homeopathic medicines work and how to properly use them before throwing the baby out with the bath water!

Excellent herbs for my little with sensory issues and potential adhd. I can’t get her to put it under her tongue so we dissolve it in her water. Helps wind her down and chill her out.
