I was a bit sick and tired of either making a ton of ice to put in my 45 qt. Pelican cooler, or buying bags of it at the store, so decided to try these out. They fit perfectly in my cooler -- I usually put one on each size of the compartment, and that keeps everything cold for a few days alone (as long as you don't open the cooler too much, of course). Have used them a few times thus far, and can find no issues with build quality, warping, etc. Sure, they cost a bit of money (especially if you buy two, as I did), but over the life of your cooler (which should be pretty long -- I've had mine for seven years already, and it's got a lot of life left in it). The only downside is that they do take up a bit of the available space to use, of course. Something I'm willing to put up with, given the ease of use and cost savings.

I accidentally dropped the ice pack on the ground and no damage. Really fit well in my Pelican 30 cooler along with a 1 pound yeti ice . Kept 6 beer at a very drinkable temperature
