Works very well and fast!! Caffeine wasn’t too much at all like other reviews suggest. Probably equivalent to a very small cup of coffee. Noticed a notable change in bloating after day 1.

On week 3 and haven't noticed any benefits. Cleanser definitely doesn't work and didn't make me go to the restroom not once. Tried steeping the tea longer and still didn't see any results. Also inconvenient that it's loose tea and not tea bags.
