Had to cut a hole in a stainless keg and this worked really well. for the price its hard to beat.

I purchased this to make an adapter plate for a bench-top band saw. The saw is a single speed, but I had the electronics and motor from an old variable speed bench-top band saw. I needed to drill the hole to mount the old motor in an adapter plate so it would fit the new saw. Went through 1/4 inch aluminum plate with no problem, just keeping a little oil on the hole saw as it went through. The finished hole needed very little touch up. Worked like a charm!

I wanted to add a timer to the front panel of my radiator heater. I got a 2 hour timer that mounts with a 60mm hole.This did the trick. Cutting oil and steady as she goes. Worked like a charm. Now my radiator heater has a 2 hour timer mounted on the front.

The pic made me think the teeth were a bit wider. I was doing an odd project where I was drilling a shelf into an aluminum exhaust flange, so I needed the teeth to be a bit wider as the pics looked.It did a real good job of cutting, so for its intended purpose I'd say it is a great product.

For the price,I had low expectations about completing the task of drilling 6 x1-1/2" holes in 1/4" steel.So I bought 2 hole saws and already had 2 more in reserve. One hole saw cut all 6 holes. It was not as sharp by the end of the task but still functions well enough. I used lots of cutting oil and cutting paste.I let the drill cool when the oil smoked badly. I used a powerful drill press. and used the correct amount of pressure at low speed. In these circumstances the hole saw was both effective and outstanding value.
