I've been a carnivore for 9 months and experiencing muscle cramps. Of the electrolytes I've used wasn't helpin... BEAM fix me. When I'd " tried" tyo stretch first thing in the morning, my legs "would" cramp and my neck. So, I could only stretch carefully every morning upon walking.
