Great! But No spare parts
These arrived super quick and all accounted for. I matched them up with the official BSA kit and they all matched size for size. Never checked the weights as that all gets checked on race day. You get exactly what is listed. Count them carefully as there is no room for error. Not a single nail to be lost, bent, or broken. You loose one nail and the car isn't functional. Plan to find some extras just to be prepared. I've seen wheels go flying off the track and the nail goes missing. Makes some pretty sad kids. So a heads up. There isn't ANY extra parts. But it's nice to have a cheaper option than the BSA. Thanks

It's has all the parts.
It is great. The wheels and axles were in a sandwich zip lock bag. Packaging was a less than professional. That's why I gave it 4 stars. However, everything was there and in good shape.

Great Pinewood Derby kit for a small group!
Great sets for your pinewood derby racer(s). The wheels and axels are BSA approved and you can do a lot to customize your car. You’ll have some spare blanks to recover from cutting mistakes. You should “polish” the axels to ease the friction on the wheels (allowed by BSA racing rules). There are plenty of videos online.Oh and we won! Have fun!

Blocks are good. FYI wheels are aftermarket.
Blocks are good. Couldn’t use the aftermarket wheels per pack rules. I knew this when I purchased so still 5 stars.

Teaching Grandson Wood Working 101
I got this 6 block set because my 11 year old grandson wanted to take up wood carving and I remembered creating pinewood derby racers with my son 30 plus years ago. It's a great way to introduce him to wood working 101 and not to mention he's crazy about cars. Having 6 blocks to work with keeps him busy. He's learned to draw body shape outlines on the blocks and I cut them out on a bandsaw. I've armed him with a collection of sandpaper and a small knife along with a small tool box to keep it all in. These blocks are economical and he understands they will not stand-up to being thrown around and mistreated. He's excited to have a car or truck that he created and can call his own. I will be buying more of these for the kid.
