Do not recommend/ but impressed with their F/U

I do not care for this brand. I returned them. They had NO STICKINESS AT ALL. IF TGEY CANT STICK TO YOUR SKIN, THEY'RE USELESS. An update on my review. They company contacted me via email. They apologized for the defect in their product and wanted to compensate me for any inconvenience. They offered me a full refund credit to their company or a $10.00 Amazon gift card. I took the gift card. I am impressed that they read my review and were concerned about making it right. That is RARE in my experiences with companies these days. For that I'm rating them a 5 and Thank them for following up

DO NOT ORDER AS A REPLACEMENT FOR THE NEUROMD DEVICE!

Do not order these replacement pads for the NeuroMD device. These were recommended by Amazon to purchase with the NeuroMD device, but they are the wrong replacement pads. The replacement pads should be the butterfly pads. Follow up - my initial review was in response to Amazon recommending these as a replacement for the NEURO MD device and NOT a reflection of this product or this seller. The seller reached out to me and offered me a replacement or a refund, but I had returned the item and had a refund from Amazon. I am changing my review to 5 stars based on the seller's email and offer to fix any issues for me.
