It works, sort of...
I have a Canon R10 with a Leofoto cage. The battery adapter works fine with the camera and the SmallRig NP-F Battery Adapter Mount Plate using the 7.4V output. The problem is the cage interferes with the battery compartment rubber door requiring the dismounting of the camera from the cage. I have many things connected to the cage and dismounting it would be time consuming. The battery compartment door must be closed to power up the camera so the cable must pass through the rubber door. Right now I am using the USB-C output to the camera's USB port. This charges the Canon battery and allows me to remove the large external battery if the need arises for weight reduction. It does have one redeeming quality in that it does not add heat to the camera body as opposed to the charging battery. This could be of value to me in the Summer. The fault I believe is in the design of the Canon R10 battery compartment. The rubber door could have been located on the bottom. Maybe drill a small hole, who knows?

Cheap and worth the investment
It works as advertised and keeps my camera running! No issue with mine.

It works!
Not much to say other than it works as it should. I have experienced no issues running this into a V-mount battery. I cannot speak to its longevity yet.

Doesn't work
Bought this item for my T6i just to realize that it doesn't work. Can't power on the camera at all. Extremely disappointed because I had it shipped all the way to Jamaica
