Awful
Mine worked pretty ok until the warranty expired. Now they don’t even last a full 30 minutes. Don’t waste your money, you’ll just end up back at square one.

Not buying again
The battery life isn't great and they also don't shut off after I have placed them back in their case. They will sometimes continue to play, but frequently will connect to my phone's Bluetooth while still being inside of their case, unused.

No high frequencies- New Favorite
My issue when searching for headphones is finding one’s that don’t have a high pitch or those high frequency sounds. My ears are very sensitive to certain frequencies and pitches and could cause headaches, migraines and or ringing of my ears. But these right here provides the perfect ambiance when listening to anything. I can actually focus when at the gym or just listening to anything. The touch controls are simple and I’m very pleased by it.It comes with a charging cord (no charger box), and a variety of plugs to fit various ear fittings. We live in a 1200sqft townhome and I am able to leave my phone downstairs while I clean and move around upstairs or vice versa. There was a time when I didn’t grab my phone (on accident) out from the car and continued to carry on with my conversation and it didn’t glitch out not once. There is a con to these headsets though. The only downside is that you have speak a little loudly into them because the person on the other end says that I sound far away. When fully charged, I am able to listen to music continuously for what it seems is like 4-5hrs. And if the box is fully charge, you can just put them back in the box to charge back up.Due to the perfect pitches for my personal hearing, I still give this a 10/10 even though I just have to talk a little louder. New favs.

Sound quality great. Controls are touchy.
These earbuds look great, fit well, and sound really good. They sound just as good as the Beats Fit Pro and Airpods Pro I also own. They come in very nice packaging that rivals Apple packaging in quality. There's a cool "tree" of extra ear tips that I hadn't seen before and a little branded USB C charging cord (no power brick) wrapped in a tiny velcro strip.I like the matte gray color mine came in and they fit great right out of the box. I never felt like they were about to fall out.The instruction guide isn't very comprehensive in any one language, with a few sentences and visuals in 14 different languages. Pairing took two tries for me, but I have probably 40 things paired to my old iPhone by now so it could just be my phone.I couldn't tell from the photo before I got them and I was hoping that there is a button press action for controlling them, but unfortunately they are touch controls, meaning you tamper with your music accidentally every time you adjust them. There are functions that you need to do on either the left or right earbud to do, making it a little tricky if one of your hands is full (like from carrying a bag or walking a dog). I like earbuds that have an actual press to avoid false clicks and where you can do things on either earbud.I could not get double tapping to work regularly no matter how much I tried, which meant I could not get my podcast to skip commercials. I kept pausing and unpausing. There is also no volume control on the earbuds. The active noise cancelling is more like active noise reduction. The earbuds themselves block out environment noise just by the fact that they block your ears. When you turn on noise cancellation by long pressing on the right earbud -- a touch action I was able to do -- a woman's sultry voice tells you that noise cancellation is now on. When you turn it off there's a beep. I tried it with different fans, TV noise, and traffic noise. Sometimes it was hard to tell if it was doing anything or not, but in a controlled environment I would guess it cuts down environmental noise by about 20%. So it's nothing like the Beats Fit Pro, Airpods Pro, or Bose 700's.Because they block out so much on their own and have the extra noise cancellation boost, these would probably be good for a library, office or gym, or commuting on a bus or subway. I would not want to wear them on a bike, while jogging, or when you need to hear the environment around you.Overall, if the controls were just a little bit more refined, these would definitely be 5 stars, but I think since these are priced like a premium product they should have controls better or equal to earbuds that cost half as much as these.

Fit great, sound great!
I have had a handful of different bluetooth headsets and these are the best sounding loudest ones ever for me. They remind me of a set of corded expensive over the ear JVC headphones I had 20 years ago. They have the cleanest, loudest bass I have experienced with in ear headphones. They also fit great and don't fall out. They come with 3 or 4 different sizes of ear rubbers to fit probably anyone's ear canal. I love the wireless charging. I hate plugging in my old headphones. These are my new go to headphones. I also like the size and design of the case. The one drawback to the case is that it might be hard to get the ear pieces out if you have large fingers. The instructions are pretty bad. They do have online instructions but I didn't try them. If you play with them for a little bit you figure out how the volume, fast forward, and noise cancelling works. To sum the touch controls up, they are like every other pair of touch controls on ear buds. They take practice to get used to them. These are half the price of air pods, and with android compatibility, these are the best headphones I have tried.

Awful
Either I have a faulty pair or these are just awful. The connectivity to multiple devices is nearly impossible, and when on a phone call they cannot filter out other noises than your voice so people cannot hear you even if in a relatively quiet environment. Will be finding a better pair of headphones

Poor audio quality
Did not like the audio quality at all. For music lovers keen on hearing crisp and clear music, this is not a good match
