To begin.... I spent a solid 20-30 minutes reading the ratings and comments on these chairs since I was skeptical about spending $200 as well, and let me tell you.. This review is all you will need to make an educated decision..A lot of the comments about the quality when they received the product was more than likely due tothe shipping transit. I received mine I think it was 4 days after ordering it. The package looked in goodshape so take pictures if you receive your package damaged BEFORE opening it, just in case there is a dispute when u reach out the the seller.POSITIVES:*Perfect for sitting in for Loooong hours at a time. I'm 6'2 185lbs and record/edit videos all day (6-8 hours), as well as play video games in my free time. NO BACK PAIN. It also helps keep good posture as the back rest doesn't rock easily. (Which I personally like) Some have said "It pushes you forward" but it doesn't.*The lower back cushion is adjustable AND a massager which works great. I used the massager one time and its got some power to it for sure! It is a USB connection so you can connect it straight to your phone cord dock or directly into your computer USB (which is what I did). The cord is about 5-6 feet in length. To keep it out of the way I use the chair straps on the back to keep it from dragging around.Overall a very comfy gaming chair with great leather quality.NEGATIVES:* It DOES have a very strong smell that you'll wanna let air out for a day and it KINDA sticks to your clothing, but the smell fades so keep it in a room you don't hang out in with the window open all night and you should be set* The set up is pretty self explanatory and it comes with a Comic style instruction manual which is cool, the only issue I personally had was the screws weren't labeled so I had confusion in 1 area whether to use the longer screws or the shorter ones. Idk if I am correct, but, to help (I used the long screws for the rectangular base, and the short ones for the armrests)* The shaft hydraulic is exposed which can lead to rough adjustability since hair, dirt, fur etc. can stick to it. So be aware of that.I recommend the purchase of it. I'm currently one month in (delivered March 8th 2021), so far so good. No squeaking and holding up well. The stitching and presentation of this chair is superb. I've had it for six months now, and it still looks fantastic. My issues are two, and only two - first, the gas cylinder started going out last month. Their customer service was excellent, and sent me a new one straight away. My other issue, and this one has gotten more irritating over time, is that the seat is angled forward. It isn't something adjustable, and nothing on the chair looks off. Without putting a shim or something under the metal braces, I don't see how that can be resolved. I have overlooked it and taken to kind of leaning back, but no one else in my family will sit in this chair because, as they say "It tries to push you off".Besides this, though, I love love love this chair.Update: It is now January 2022, and the lean forward has gotten worse. Due to a work from home situation, I am in this chair for MANY hours throughout the day, and the lean forward has started to become painful. The wear and tear on the leather and everywhere else on this chair has been minimal, and I hate to sell this or buy something new that I know will look like hot garbage in a few months - this chair is gorgeous. But oh man, I just want to relax in my chair, and that is not happening in this bad boy.Update Update: I contacted them again, and they asked for pictures, and quickly sent me a new control piece (goes on the bottom of the chair). It took some elbow grease, and my hydraulic tube is a little uglier from my wrench claw marks, but holy WOW this feels like a brand new chair. I am changing this to 5 stars, because like I said previously, we are well over 6 months old, and the material on this chair looks brand new. I'm not a small person - under the weight limit, but significant nonetheless - and this chair is gorgeous. Their customer service has been top notch, and I will FOR SURE be purchasing this brand in the future.

I love this chair. Cap is one of my favorite characters in the MCU and this chair helps add another geeky touch into my home office. The chair is super sturdy., caringly designed and well worth the money. It was easy to assemble (did it all on my own). Just follow the instructions , which are super easy to follow, and you should do fine with assembling the chair (I love how the instructions were set up too (no spoilers, but they made it fun (in my opinion)). In the few times that I got to sit in it after building it (just assembled it today), it was very comfortable. I didn't realize, because I missed it in the product information, that the lumbar support pillow in my chair came with a massager. It was a nice surprise. I look forward to getting to use my new chair every time I work in my home office. Thank you for designing such an awesome chair that is comfortable, sturdy, supportive, and beautifully designed. A great chair for Marvel fans.

I've had this chair for about 2 years now and it's starting to fall apart at the seams. Granted, it's been through plenty of use and abuse.It's amazing, comfortable, fairly easy to assemble. The massage option is a nice bonus but having a loose usb tethering you can be a pain (pro tip, battery pack lol)

Impressive boxing. Great directions. Using the box it came in helps a great deal with the securing of the seat to the seat back. Best to use phillips screwdriver to secure the outer screws on plastic coverings instead of the provided allen wrench/phillips tool included. I am 6 feet 4 and weigh 240lbs. The chair fits me well and has good adjustments. Love the marvel theme. Will not be using the lumbar support pillow because it is to thick for my preference though I like the Stark Industries logo. Ill be using it as a throw for my couch. Vibration does work but cord is a little short. Nice and firm and supportive. I like!

Chair is comfy but material quality is not that good. Easily teared of by the desk edge although there wasn’t pressure on it.
