Solid product.
A good quality, solid, T-Adaptor.The only problem, not related to any deficiency in the product itself, is that most reflector telescopes (including some Celestron models) won't be able to bring the focus-point of the telescope past the eyepiece socket (and, thus, into this adaptor) with even the best of cameras on their own. That's just simple physics, where the focus-point is actually inside the eyepiece socket tube and is only extended by eyepieces with lenses, or Barlow lenses. You'll know this is the case for your telescope if holding the camera on the empty eyepiece means you can't focus your camera enough to get a clean image.Celestron sell an equivalent to this adaptor with a Barlow lens integrated which solves the problem, which is also available on Amazon.

very practical and solid but with some threading debris
This adapter fits well with the Opteka T2 ring, and obviously will with others, but that is because I ordered both together. Material is fine, but there exist some debris from the threading process that makes me blow air at the threads each time I attach it to the camera. Of course I will be afraid if these debris fall into the Camera's sensor. The nice thing is the solid material where the adapter is being fixed it will not leave any marking.Notice. For f/5 refractor users, and depending on the focuser type, you may need extension tubes if the focuser do not provide up to 50mm back focus.

Alpha 330 to Celestron Adaptor
This item works so well, it enables me to use my Sony Alpha 330 DSLR with my telescope effortlessly, just replace the lens with adaptor and place in eyepiece of telescope, job gone, with the through view option on camera, you can focus directly with camera attached, one point to note, you must set camera to manual use (top left hand dial) for camera to recognise adaptor, if you do not you get a message no lens attached, this is quite normal.Celestron T-Adapter, Universal 1-1/4"

Works well with Nikon D3000 and Celestron Travel Scope 70!
I bought this piece to use with a Nikon D3000. Coupled with the right T mount adapter, I could take pictures of the moon using my Celestron Travel Scope 70. The whole setup worked pretty well.Pros:- Good quality;- Works as described;Cons:- A bit pricy.

Not For Smaller Telescopes !
Good quality product, well machined & fits snugly to the T-Ring for my camera & slots nicely into the telescope. The problem is that it 's too long for smaller telescopes (60mm Celestron in this case) & cannot be focused. Celestron must know this & should give advice or a warning when selling this product.

does exactly what it says on the tin
used in combination with an Astromaster 90az and a Canon EOS (with T ring adapter), it does exactly what it says on the tin, price is not bad either, half the price of what I would pay for it here in Ireland.

Rubbish
After buying my Celestron Astromaster 130 from PC World it was recommended I buy this product , I am attaching a Nikon D5100 to it and all I get is a blob , this device cannot focus to save it's life and is a total waste of time and money!I have tried all kinds of methods but because the telescope rely's on it's own focusing mechanism it just cannot focus the image using my camera, so disappointed .

Works well with one caveat
A high quality adapter. I hooked this up to my Celestron Nexstar without any problems and it worked fine (when coupled with a Canon EOS T-Ring and the Canon camera itself) The only thing that bugs me about it is that the small diameter handle thumbscrew can become quite uncomfortable on your thumb and index finger to squeeze when fastening or loosening (Cold weather makes it a lot worse). I recommend replacing the screw with one with a bigger outer diameter.

Fits perfect with the T Adapter on my 250D
Used for my telescope, needs a T Adapter to fit in. The item didn't work for me as I needed a 2x Barlow lens #93640
User
Works perfectly with the T-ring and my Canon rebel Xsi and my astromaster 130eq.
The T-adapter worked perfectly with the T-ring for the Canon Rebel Xsi and the focuser of my astromaster 130eq.

Perfect Accessory for your Telescope Adapter to capture some amazing pics.
For my Powerseeker 70az was looking for a TAdoper and T-Ring to go with my Canon EOS D-600. Enquirers with camera accessory dealers turned out to be non-productive. Decided to try this. and it works like magic. You would need a TRing to go with this. I would say a must have accessory if you are a nightwatcher and own a DSLR
