I purchased this folder (showed up without a power cord so had to email Amazon to get that from the company) and it worked okay for two days, then the power went off during a storm and the folder continuously would run so I had to keep it unplugged. I did all the trouble shooting the instruction book said and it didn't work so basically I paid $300 to use the folder two times. So disappointed and it's too late to return. Even when I plug it in to use, most of the letters are not folded evenly 75% of the time, no matter how perfect I line it up so it's not reliable.

Machine it self is heavy and loud when in operation. If paper is slightly askew when placed in the feeder, it will jam and/or the paper will crumple.

Update 6 months later: By the end of the week, it'll be up to about 8k pages. It all depends on how you feed it. U drop it in slanted, it won't fold well. I watch netflix and feed it so sometimes I get off and quality suffers. Obviously one at a time is a pain but the product works. Product works well. If you put the paper in straight, it will fold it perfectly. If the paper goes in crooked it will crinkle sides. Down side is you have to feed the papers one at a time.

Do not buy from this seller. The machines arrived rusty and defective. They function briefly—just long enough to get past the 30-day return window—then begin failing. After that, you’re on your own.
