Originally ordered this for my father for Christmas. He couldn’t get it to turn on, so I emailed the customer service email. It states that they will have the issue resolved within 24 hours and they sure did! Sent us a new one right away that works wonderfully! Set up was super simple, quality is wonderful…just as good as any big name brand bells…. better in my opinion honestly because you have the option to save videos on a memory card instead of paying a monthly storage fee. Which is very low even if you decide to go that route. My dad is not tech savvy whatsoever and can easily navigate this bell and it’s app! 10/10 recommend all the way down the line. Will be purchasing another when we move!

The doorbell camera has affordable price and can be added to present app on my mobile device. Very responsive and can be adjusted the necessary settings as per motion detection needs. The adjustments to keep doorbell battery works several days without the need of recharging. Now new doorbell comes with added features and takes clear pictures even at night. As per previous usage experience of durability and longevity of the product buyers can trust this product. This product is well designed to stay outside in harsh cold/hot/wet weather conditions. I highly recommend this product. App is well maintained to address errors and new mobile OS compatibility. Vendor keep an eye and taking care on firmware issues and will automatically send firmware updates. The user has choice to their cloud storage service or build-in memory and extra micro-SD card slot. This is very convenient and cost-effective as well. The unit will auto delete older pictures/videos when memory getting full or the user can also do. The batteries are rechargeable and can done with the unit. No need to have separate charger.The seller is very responsive and answer your questions/concerns and address any technical issues within 24 – 48 hours and wonderful customer service and support.

I got this to protect my family from a weirdo who lives across the street 😞. Installation took less than half an hour. It has a wide view so I can see a large area on my phone. You can add your family members in the app. It was a but confusing but we figured it out. Create a new family on your phone then for other phones, just an account and click on their name (lower right corner click on me then on top click on your name/photo) and you can see the QR code. Then main family holder can scan to add them. Install the chime first time you turn on the camera bell it's like pairing a Bluetooth speaker. You turned them on at the same time and they blink and find each other. This part was Missing from installation guide. You see the person live when they call but if you miss them and you don't have storage card to record video, you will just see a snapshot of whoever buzz the bell later on your phone, no videos recorded. Overall it's great for the price I paid. I live in a safe neighborhood so I don't think anytime soon I get the cloud membership but I love that there are different options for this device.

This is my first doorbell purchase so I can’t compare to other brands but I think is a very good doorbell for the price. It came with a chime as well and was super easy to set up. I also like that you don’t have to pay a monthly subscription to save recordings which is why I didn’t get a blink or ring brand. The video is good quality. I did have to manually set it to alert me anytime there is motion detection otherwise it will only alert when someone actually rings the doorbell. When the sensitivity was automatically set on 3 it wasn’t detecting us but on 2 it’s alerted every time and never alerted animals or cars. What I didn’t like is the adhesive strips. They’re not very strong. The camera fell off the door in the middle of the night. And I personally didn’t want to put screws in my door, so I had to purchase mounting tape to put it back on. I also wish the camera angle was wider. We originally put it on the frame to the right of the door but it didn’t pick a person up unless they were literally coming into my door, so we had to stick it right above the doorknob on the actual door to get a good enough view. My driveway doesn’t come straight up to the door it goes to the right because we have a carport which is where everyone enters from and it doesn’t show anyone until they’re pretty close to the door, which may be an issue when I have packages delivered because they don’t always leave them that close to it. That’s probably my fault though because it does say the angle before purchase. Overall I recommend!!!

Como es posible que espere tanto tiempo para poder instalar mi cámara me funcionó los primeros 3 días todo muy bien y de un momento a otro la cámara deja de funcionar , me siento muy molesto con este producto de verdad que si intentamos asta llamando a nuestra compañía de internet para ver si ese era el problema y ahora resulta que no conecta ni desinstalando la app ni volviendo a instalarla , me gustaría alguien se haga responsable y me envíe un nuevo equipo o me reembolsen ya que este equipo es totalmente de mala calidad.

Update:So I had to uninstall and reinstall the camera and now the battery shows a full charge! Weird but I’ll take it! No replacement needed (yet). Seller responded pretty quickly alsoI purchased a Zumimall doorbell cam in 2019 and it lasted until June of this year. I thought this was the same brand but I purchased this one on June 13th and now it’s already not working. The battery will not hold a charge. I’ve been charging for 2 days (with new cables & block) and nothing. It’s unfortunate because generally it’s a good camera! Waiting to hear back from the seller if I can get a warranty replacement
