Soups for every season
Such wonderful variety of recipes - I'm planning on trying as many as I can. So far, I've really enjoyed the Chicken Soup with Quinoa. Now that nettle season is approaching, I'm looking forward to making the various nettle soups. Yummy.

Just text no photos
The book seemed like it had been printed at home. The cover detail was fuzzy and inside it’s just printing, no pictures, which I’m used to with recipe books.. I like to see what to aim for. Not really that impressed with the layout but there are plenty of recipes. Though it could have a method for chicken broth as there are a few recipes that call for it.

Lovely selection
Lots of soup recipes, lots of variety. Am doing the hearty lamb and veg. soup as I have ingredients and the weathers turned grey and cold again! One to dip into often.

Disappointing
Had expected a few more recipes but the few I have made have been nice. No pictures inside and most recipes include chicken or vegetable broth but there is no recipe to make it!
