Can this be used on an internal bifold door?

Can they be cut in half to fit a stable type door on a play house (top and bottom half open and close independently)?

Yes I'm sure they could. I have used them on two different doors and they are definitely able to be cut.

is this suitable for exterior upvc doors?

I wouldn't think these would be suitable for exterior pvc door, as the sticky strip would not be durable in outdoors. I already use screws as an additional fitting measure for interior doors.
