It does what it's supposed to do.
It'll work as a line out converter, but the sound quality it puts out is not that great! Turning the gain on it tends to distort the bass as well. If you don't care about sound quality then it will work fine.

Bigger but made well…
I am impressed. It’s is bigger then I expected but made well. It’s medal and works good. Had no issues since installing it to factory system . Has left and right gain controls . Will be recommended this.

Not quite what it should do.
This unit doesn’t respond to the power application. It transforms the high level speaker voltage to a low level voltage with or without power.It seems to have three wires too many.
