These seem like great quality and are really pretty! I love the speckled white finish with the wood accent on top—it gives them a clean, modern look. They felt sturdy and worked well. I ended up returning them only because I found a different style that fit my kitchen better, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these if this is the look you're going for.

Listen to the other reviews. Don’t get these. Motor stops working after a couple months. At first I was thought maybe it was jammed but swapped the 2 motors and it is definately the motor that went out. About 6 days after I swapped out the tops, the second motor went out. Cute but useless when the motor is shot and it has no way to operate manually. My old electric Aldi grinder set is still going strong after 4 years.

Love these!! They have a light and are electric very chick and easy to use. Had them for more than a month and the bare still alive.

I haven’t had these for long (maybe a month) but so far they work great. I love having freshly ground salt and pepper quickly. It uses batteries so I don’t have to worry about charging it, and they’re so pretty and go along well with my other appliances! It is a bit loud when grinding but it doesn’t bother me.

One grinder was defective from the beginning. It would randomly start grinding if tip slightly, bumped, or just because and it wouldn’t stop for a bit! The other grinder seemed to strip out. The motor whines but does not actually grind the salt or pepper.

I bought two sets of these about a year ago. I use them daily. The lights stopped working pretty quickly, but i don't care about that feature to begin with. It goes through batteries reallllly fast. The parts that control how finely your peppercorns/salt are ground wore down quickly. And now, just over a year later the last motor itself has burnt out and not strong enough to turn the grinder. Even dismantled, the motor (ever noisy) doesn't turn well. These are nice and decent for a low price when i got them on sale, but definitely not a long-term product. Having experience with multiple different grinders, both electric and manual, I recommend to look for metal parts, which don't seem to be very common these days, and you certainly won't find them on Amazon for $15.

I really liked this product originally. They look great, very easy to use. Looking back on it now, one of the lights didn't work right from the start, but i don't cook in the dark, so that didn't bug me for the price. Like others have said, I got about 4 months out of them and gear stripped out. I figured I'm not getting any warranty out of them so I took it apart quick to confirm. And further into the gear drive the little plastic gears on the inside were also stripping and shredding. Would not recommend unless you only use them once in a blue moon.

Bought these beginning of Oct, the one we had salt in the gears stopped working almost right away and now a month later the pepper one the gears not longer work.

Requires 6 AAA batteries per grinder, however the batteries do not fit properly. Even when the batteries are inserted, the grinders do not work.
