Was hesitant cuz no reviews. So glad I took the risk.
First the cons... I am organizing my clothing by type and need different sections to separate things. There are no bars or other parts included to separate the sections so some clothing spills over into other sections as u move them around on the top bar. But, I hacked that by adding dividers myself. This can be done using ribbon to tie between the sections or strips of cardboard, tapes, whatever you wanna use to create a barrier between segments so you can keep clothing separated. That is a minor problem with an easy fix so I didn't take away stars for it.Next con: adjusting heights of the lower/alternate bars and shelves is easier when you know where u want everything and strategically place those pieces in a position where they can be adjusted without having to take the entire top shelves and bars off. Again, this is more a personal issue, I'm not an engineer. So there's lots of room for error if you miscalculated how high or low to position certain parts.Pros: everything else. This is a really sturdy unit with adjustable feet, I ordered black cuz white was unavailable. I had a rack prior to this that had half the space for hanging and it was getting cramped. So I upgraded to this unit and everything fits.Bonus: The height of the unit allows for long items like dresses to fit without touching the bottom shelf. The lower level bars I added can slide back and forth so I can pull out the bar when removing or placing items and slide back in to Tuck out of the way. I even placed 2 bars behind one another on the same level to hold scarves and miscellaneous things that need to be draped over the bar. I didn't need all 3 extra bars to hang things so I tried that and It is handy. (See photos)I Really was afraid it couldn't hold all my stuff due to the weight but its holding up fine, no jiggling and shakiness. I have a very small space to work with, sharing it with my partner and it doesn't get in our way. It makes your stuff stay organized and look neat. If I had the space I would order another one and create a walk in closet situation but... thats for another time. Im so happy I got this. Get this for someone as a gift! It would be amazing and they will be satisfied. I'm a woman who put this together on my own, with minimal help from a 10 year old. I needed no tools but I did use a Mallet and step stool cuz I'm too short to reach the top shelves.

Good size and quality.
I needed to create a closet in a basement and this worked so well. I am 74 and put it together by myself without any trouble.I have been using it for a year now and it has worked out well for me.You can attach it to a wall but I did not do that and I have had no problem with the stability of it.It is a good value for the money.

Heavy duty holds a lot!
I bought a 1930 house with no closet. I bought different closet organizers last year, but they ended up tilting. I bought this closet organizer in white & it's not only pretty it's very secure because it's all metal. I have several items just like this with the adjustable shelves with the plastic things that hold them up, shelf's, kitchen shelf with cutting board & pots hang on it & a 3 tier rolling cart that I've had for years & several moves & they are still perfect. It's very easy to put together if you follow the directions. I changed the original layout so it took me longer adjusting the heights of the 2 shelves. I have more longer clothes like dresses so I wanted 2 section's all the way long in the middle. On each end I moved the 2 shelves low to hold folded sweaters & pants. I didn't need one metal bar that hangs things. On the 2 longest sections I still have room for shoes on the bottom. If anybody is interested, the top & bottom shelves are 2 pieces each that have to both be at the same height. You can raise the bottom shelf if you want to as long as both are even they have to connect together. I have mine at the lowest level. The top shelf can be lowered if you'd like, but same thing both sides need to be at the same height. I have the top shelf at the highest. I'm extremely pleased! Also I found a 108 inch wood looking shower curtain on Amazon 18 hooks that covers it great! I tied ribbons on 4 hooks so I can just tie up the curtain. Just put the pieces of ribbon one hanging in front & one hanging in back of the shower curtain & you just roll it up & tie them loosely. I came up with this idea when I couldn't afford curtains & hung light quilts on my windows. LoLI'd definitely recommend this closet organizer!
