Seriously good webcam, specially if you use Windows
I have had this cam for almost two years, and I'm very happy with its capabilities and quality. Just enabling Windows Hello is good enough, but it also has a good quality for videoconferencing, and it is very stable. It is easy to adapt it to either top of a monitor, to put it over the desktop, or to attach it to a tripod or another type of mounting.

Wow, it works surprisingly well! An incredible value buy
I was a bit skeptical that the windows hello function would work or that the camera would be decent. However I was pleasantly surprised that its actually pretty awesome. It replacing a Logitech c920 camera and it does a much better job, picture wise. The white balance and color look much better, even when on conf calls where I'm next to a window. The windows hello functionality works super well. I love that I can now unlock my password manager and my desktop just by sitting in front of my computer. I plan on getting 2 more for my kids computers. One quick technical note, I had originally plugged it into a usb hub and the windows hello function refused to work properly. After plugging it in directly to my computer, everything worked perfectly, no tech support call needed. The good news is they provide a rather long usb cable so it should be able to reach most typical monitor/computer setups.

Keep getting "SD Card Damaged" message
Pros: Nice looking camera. Windshield mount works great.Cons: Poorly written manual, keep getting "damaged memory card" message, and having to re-format to get camera working again. The rear camera has a red wire attached to it, which is not mentioned anywhere in the manual. Apparently it can be used as a back-up camera, and that wire is to tie into your reverse light wiring? It's a lot easier to figure out how the buttons and menus work if you take the short USB to camera cord that comes with it, and plug it into a wall outlet cell phone charging block. Trying to work through all the buttons and screens, is easier inside than trying to figure it out in your car. I did my first one while sitting in my car. When I did my wife's car, I set it up in the house. Once it was all set up, it was a matter of sticking it to the windshield and plugging in the rear camera.I purchased the hard wire kit with the fuse tap connector, and a separate "stick to the back glass" mount. Made the whole install much easier.

I bought this for a coworker to use for zoom board meetings
My co-worker needed a camera for his zoom meetings. His crappy computer had a camera but no microphone, so he had to logon on zoom on the computer for video, and logon to zoom via phone for sound. He came to me looking for a solution, a zoom camera that would also have sound, but a picture that was better than the usual. He didn't want too much distortion on the camera, plus he wanted a little clearer picture than he was seeing from some of the other board members. There is a wide range of cameras and thus, prices out there, $20-$3,500. Most of the $20 cameras have video options and resolution that leaves something to be desired, so we went up to this tier $40-$55 cost. At this range, most of the cameras have 1080p, and given most people monitors and screens, that is more than enough resolution for a meeting. This camera is great because it is truly plug and play. About a half hour before his zoom meeting, my co-worker had me physically mount the camera on top of his monitor, but he (technology illiterate) did most of the hook up to computer, which basically amounted to plugging the cable into a free USB port. That was it. The 7 year-old PC he uses recognized the camera right away and he was off to the races. Everyone noticed right away how clear he was and the camera is wide enough to encompass his whole cubicle, so not too wide. He remained distortion free in the middle and the sound was excellent, very clear and undistorted. He couldn't be happier with my choice and having spent a little more money. This camera is a good value if you are looking for a good video camera that focuses correctly and responsive microphone that is truly plug and play (for a PC, at least).

An excellent plug and play webcam that does all the basic features well.
NexiGo HelloCamPros1) The webcam captures videos and photos in 1080p. In my opinion, this resolution should be the bare minimal for any webcam in 2022. The videos and photos captures with this webcam is better than the Logitech C920 and the Microsoft LifeCam Studio. The C920 is oversaturated and is a bit washed out a blurry compared to the NexiGo HelloCam.2) The audio quality is above average and the noise cancelling works well. Compared to my Microsoft LifeCam Studio and Logitech C920, the NexiGo HelloCam does not have an annoying, loud background noise. I will probably use the HelloCam as my primary webcam and replace the MS LifeCam Studio.3) The privacy shutter works well and responds very quickly. I appreciate how you can hear an audible clicking sound to know if the shutter is operating. I also like the very noticeable red shutter, which will not confuse if the camera shutter is on or off. If you want further privacy, the webcam can swivel 360 degrees. I do prefer a shutter you can physically close like a flap, but these two options I mentioned earlier are sufficient enough.4) The webcam is truly and plug and play item. I did not have to install any additional software.5) The USB-C cable provided is a reasonable length to reach ports that are far away and the build quality appears sturdy. It’s also detachable compared to the C920 and LifeCam which cannot be removed.6) The plastic used for the webcam does not leave smudges compared to the Logitech C920.Cons1) The plastic used to construct the webcam is decent, but I prefer a more robust and durable material. However, you cannot expect supreme materials at this price point.2) The webcam is quite large especially for small laptops. I have a 15 inch laptop and it’s larger than I expected. This webcam would look better on a desktop monitor; however, I do not mind the size for my laptop. The large red shutter is a compromise I can live with in order to make sure the camera is not on.3) Although the microphone works decently with noise cancelling, the sound can be a little bit underwhelming since it sounds somewhat muffled.4) My laptop has small bezels and the clip covers some of the screen as shown in the photo I provided. An alternative solution is to place the camera on the table or attach the camera to a tripod.Overall, I am very pleased with the webcam. Improvements I would make are make the resolution at least 2k; allow the clip to be more compatible with laptops with small bezels; decrease the size of the webcam; include a manual shutter that you can flip or slide; improve the quality of the plastic; and improve the sound of the microphone to sound less muffled. It would be nice to provide a carrying case for portability and travel. I believe the price of this webcam should be around the $50 range. If the improvements I mentioned are made, I can see the price being higher.
