The fan performs quietly, remains cool even after long hours of use, and feels built to last. However, there are a few areas where Havells could do better, particularly with the warranty period and product documentation. Pros 👍 ✅ Strong and Premium Build Quality The fan feels solid and well-built. The blades are very strong and sturdy. The materials used are strong and give confidence that the fan will last for years. The buttons and controls are simple, easy to understand, and comfortable to use. ✅ Very Good Remote Control The remote is one of the best features of this fan. It uses RF (Radio Frequency) technology, similar to a car key remote. Unlike normal TV remotes, you do not have to point it directly at the fan. It works from different angles and positions within its range, making it very convenient. ✅ No Interference with Other Fans Each fan comes with its own remote frequency. This means pressing one remote will not accidentally operate other nearby fans. ✅ Option to Control Multiple Fans If needed, you can pair one remote with multiple fans. This is useful in large rooms, halls, or shops where you want all fans to run at the same speed and settings. ✅ Cool and Energy Efficient Operation The BLDC motor is highly efficient. The motor stays cool even after long hours of use, which is reassuring and shows efficient operation. The only major drawbacks are the short 2-year warranty and the lack of a detailed user manual. If Havells offered a longer warranty and better documentation, this would be an easy 5-star product.

Writing a review after using it for almost 3 years. Not worth spending so much money on this. It has stopped working. And no electrician is ready to repair it. Noise is another issue with this fan. Wouldn’t recommend it.

My fan is working Good at warranty period but when left only 1-2 months it's faulty and stop working then i call customer care they give me my local area agent (barnala city agent) first he comes after a month and change my fan pcb then fan working but fan not contacted with remote then i again call him he told yes he comes in one or two weeks I told him my waranty is near to end please do my work but after 15 days he gain told me i come in few days again and again he doing that thing and after a 2-3 months he even don't pick my phone and now also year + passed that time and local mechanic also don't work on that's remote bldc fan now sometimes fan started sometimes not but when started it's on full speed i can't change speed because remote is not paired with new changed pcb , so overall havells service is the wrost part for me

Stopped running within 5 days . Poor service from Havells side . After booking am appointment for service all they wanted was to get the OTP even before visiting . After visiting they said they have to change the entire fan . That’s all never heard back . Poor quality and service .
