Not at all worth the money
It works good for first 2 to 5 uses then ,when igniting it doesn't work ,the ignition doesn't work at all. Tried replacement of product also, but faced the same issue twice , returned it at last,not worth the money

Good product, even better customer support
As soon as I opened it, I tried lighting it but it wasn't working. I looked for a contact number for customer care and it was mentioned in the packaging. I called the number immediately and after a few conversations, he sent me a video on how to fix the issue. The lighter is working fine just as I expected. The customer care person, Vijay, was very helpful and quick with his response.
