In the pure white colour these are the brightest led panels I have ever seen, you feel like you should have factor 50 sunblock on when your under them. Fitted 4 in a large kitchen approximately 24 ft x 30 ft that has a tongue and groove timber ceiling stained a dark colour, the kitchen cabinets are also a fairly dark colour and there are no south facing windows so it needed really bright lights and these were superb. The pure white is essentially daylight colour temperature so the light is much more natural and brighter than the traditional warm white of incandescent lighting or even the off white of floresecent lights. They come with a decent quality led driver which is all important and it has a proper reg label on it in the event you need to replace one you have the correct specifications of the driver right there on the label which believe me is not the case with some generic drivers I have come across. Try metering the output of a driver to figure out the output voltage after it has exploded because there is no markings on it and you'll see what I mean. I had to throw out otherwise perfectly good led retrofit panels I had previously installed in the old floresecent fittings because all the drivers died within a few weeks of each other, not a label to be found on any of them and any that had not completely exploded were outputting different voltages and the supplier would not respond to emails when I looked for replacements. Moved house recently and the garage only had 2 low energy bulbs hanging from the ceiling from your standard ceiling rose, so as you can imagine very dim!.. Couldn't decide which way to go, either fluorescent LED style or these flat panels, but I'm glad I chose these, in my case a doddle to fit as I just wired straight into the ceiling rose, but my only question was the amount I would need, as garage is approx 8m x 4m I thought two might be lacking, but I thought start with a pair and can soon add a 3rd or 4th at a later date? I'm pleased with the light output from just 2 at the moment, and you can see by the photos a massive improvement on the originals, as the garage is still full of storage boxes etc its hard to tell how the light output will be to work in there, but form first impression pretty impressive! For mounting I did make my own aluminium channels, ones are available to buy at around £14, but if I can save a few quid I will!.. but to be honest the driver is so slim at around 15mm that mounting the lights on a flat surface would have been just as easy, as some have commented about drilling holes in the frame, and you'd only need to space them off to allow for the driver. Have only been installed and working for a few weeks, but seem great so far with instant switch on at full light output, and completely silent in use, no horrible humming as you get with fluorescents!!

Very very bright. The driver brick doesn't have a dimmer function so it will be on full power, which in a smallish room is almost blinding! Great light for detailed work and photography.

I bought a lot of these for our workshop, at first I was very pleased, they were easy to install and very bright. They are not used often as they are in a workshop used maybe for a couple of hours a week. After a year, and probably less than 50 hours total use, most of the panels are failing, many have only part of the panel illuminated, very disappointing

Grabbed one of these and two smaller ones for a shed, it is bright and works very well. It is large and I had to make a frame out of wood for mounting it on the ceiling. I would highly recommend this product for a shed, the bright white and the instant on make it superb. I got cable and a wall plug and was able to easily connect it up to power, even when I am not an electrical person and was somewhat nervous.

Fantastic, installed two on the garage flat roof support beams to replace two fluorescent tube fixtures and hooked up a PIR detector - a much brighter, but comfortable, white light and no more electricity wasted (lights were always being left on!). Didn't need to buy the mounting frames, just used the 4 small brackets supplied and screwed the panels to the beams - doddle to fit and replace. Will definitely buy again when they eventually fail. Dump the old, inefficient fluorescents/incandescents and buy these. Quick delivery by seller (to whom I am no way connected!)

The light I received had clearly not been tested. One of the black wires was disconnected internally, so only the lights on one half of it lit up. The driver was also faulty, intermittently stopping, due to a cracked pin on a mosfet. If the driver or the light had actually been tested before shipping them out it would have been obvious that there was a fault. I repaired the broken connection and the faulty driver, after doing so the light performs as advertised. Should not have needed to waste an hour diagnosing and fixing it.

Fantastic bright light and just plug in and it’s done. You can add a WiFi switch or just put a standard plug on and that’s it. Thin, light and a fantastic bright evening light I’m going to buy more a change the lights in my shop. 5000 lumens is an amazing amount of light. If you are thinking about it, just get it. You won’t be sorry.
