Knocked a star off for the above reason. I'm no normally a shouter but that is QUITE IMPORTANT init! When the product arrived I didn't recall that the product pictured on Amazon said: "now with new resealable strip" on it. I thought it was just my mistake to assume. But I guess I was bummed off with 'old stock' or something. Frankly why they ever produced this product without a 'resealable strip' for a domestic setting is anybody's guess... If I had seen this in other reviews I might have reconsidered the purchase. Reviews going on at length about Tetley tea are... #nosouseful I don't know how many folk in the UK haven't had a cup of Tetley tea in their time...?!? If you don't like Tetley tea... You don't like tea... Anyway: that's by the by I suppose. A review of the product at hand i.e. the product packaging I would have found to be of much more use really! We are quite big tea drinkers. But just switched to supermarket own brand bags years ago. No real discernable difference in the taste for me anyway. They 'probably all run off the same production line' right and Tetley is two or three times the price... Like I say: taste very similar. They did maybe take a bit more battering to get two mugs of tea out of a bag (as usual for us). Just lately some of the supermarket bags haven't been too well 'finished'. Small gaps in the seal leading to a mouthful of tea leaves at the end- no good! I took a look and was pleasantly surprised at the price for Tetley tea but I suppose you are bulk buying. Tetley tea does taste a wee bit better (but no a lot in it for me in truth). What I will say is the 'one cup' Tetley tea bag requires less of a battering to get the second mug out of it. But obviously the packet no being 'resealable' (as advertised) is a no insignificant downside. This packet will last us more than six months. I'm no sure how essential it is that tea bags are sealed anyway... We have a smallish tea caddy (takes maybe about a hundred tea bags). I suppose I could reseal the packet with a piece of sellotape ten times when I refill my caddy but a 'resealable strip' on the packet would certainly have been a helluva lot more convenient obviously wouldn't it! If the packet had arrived as shown in the Amazon picture the product would have been five stars+ but as it is: four stars only. It would have been 3.5 if I could have given half stars.
