Fits perfectly on my NVIDIA GT 710
I bought a second hand GT 710 that was missing the original small form factor bracket, this fits perfectly for this model. Just remember to keep and reuse the screws you take off the original bracket as you will need them for this kit

Enables some wide graphic cards to be used in narrow cases.
So I have a GT730 PC graphics card with a normal width backplate but I wanted to put the card into a Dell Optiplex 7010, which is a low-profile desktop business PC. It was too wide to fit so I wondered whether there was such a thing as a narrow version. Amazon had the item. Holes are all drilled in the correct place and the three ports (which were all in one row on the wide backplate) are now split across two narrow plates (one is VGA only (on a short extension cable), the other two are HDMI and DVI) which sit one above the other at the back of the Dell). Simple unscrew and replace operation. Make sure you keep the old backplate screws and use them on the new backplate because a couple of them are strange sizes/shapes and not easily sourced.

Vital to install a video card in a Small PC
These took 5 days to arrive and I had to wait until they came to fit my new graphics card into my Dell SFF case. Hence the 4 stars. Now I have them it was really easy to take off the single mounting plate and fit the graphics cards to these new ones.I managed to fit the card, with two plates into my Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF case really easily as the Dell is screwless! I reassempled my PC, turned it on. Until you load the driver, from the CD, only one monitor works. As soon as the driver was installed all three screens came to life. The software from Invidia is very simple to use, You can choose your main monitor, adjust brightness, resolution right on screen. If this grandad can do it you can too. I have found that upgrading a PC is amazingly easy, and can prolong the life of an older computer, saving me money and/or frustration.

Be sure of compatibility
I bought this for this card:ASUS AMD Radeon HD 6450 (silent)http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004XANP0U/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1And it does work, not perfectly as the screw above the HDMI port does not line up but the ones for the DVI do so it works and does its intended job. I don't need or want the plate for the D-SUB so no opinions on that part.On the other hand it was the cheapest of any on offer and they are few and far between. I believe the equivalent Sapphire card comes with a low profile bracket but I like ASUS.This was purchased to build with a HP Microserver N40L to enable it to run as a HTPC and it does indeed do so now.I'm not dissapointed, its not perfect but it is cheap enough and works.

perfect fit and alignment for modern Asus card
Upgrading to a new Asus Geforce GT 710 low-profile graphics card for a media PC, I was shocked that there was no low-profile bracket included in the box (as Asus used to do - how hard is this??!). Fortunately I had a spare bracket from an older Asus HD 5450/6450 Silent card, everything aligned except the metal tab for the small screw. Being slightly OCD I decided to order this bracket, actually encouraged by reviews stating misalignment of the single screw hole with the older cards, and indeed this bracket fits everything perfectly on the newer Geforce GT 710. Therefore - this brackets aligns 100% on the new card, and 66% on the older cards (probably adequate for most people).

Appear well made but hole for HDMI port is misaligned
These low profile brackets arrived 2 days earlier than stated.Initially they appeared well made however when fitting to my ASUS GPU, the hole for the HDMI port was not in the correct place. As I'm not using HDMI it's not a huge issue, as the DVI and VGA are both fine, but if you plan to use HDMI you'll need to get the files out. The bracket does not have the screw hole beside the HDMI port (i.e. not as shown in the photo) so I suspect they are not genuine ASUS parts but the price probably reflects this.
