Excellent
I’ve been using Vallejo acrylic paints for miniature painting for quite some time, and they consistently deliver excellent results. The paint has a smooth, creamy consistency straight from the bottle, making it easy to apply with both brushes and airbrushes. It provides great coverage in thin layers, which is ideal for building up colour gradually without obscuring fine details on miniatures. The pigmentation is rich and vibrant, producing crisp, clean colours that dry to a nice matte or satin finish depending on the range. They mix well on a wet palette, allowing for smooth blending, layering, and glazing techniques—perfect for both beginners and experienced hobbyists. One of Vallejo’s standout features is the dropper bottle design. It’s precise, reduces waste, and helps keep the paint fresh over time. The bottles are easy to shake, and the paint doesn’t separate excessively even after sitting for a while, which speaks to its quality. The range of colours is extensive, covering everything from natural tones and military shades to bright fantasy hues, metallics, washes, and mediums. The paints also clean up easily with water, which makes them very user-friendly. Overall, Vallejo acrylics are reliable, versatile, and professional-quality paints that are perfect for miniature painting, model kits, and hobby work. Whether you’re basecoating, highlighting, or blending, they offer excellent control and a beautiful finish every time.

Seamless Fix for 3D Prints!
This Vallejo Acrylic Plastic Putty is an absolute lifesaver for anyone into 3D printing. After printing, there are always those pesky little holes or layer lines that need some extra attention. This putty is perfect for filling in those imperfections, sand it down after it dries, and it's like the holes were never there in the first place. It's so good that after sanding, filling, and painting, you honestly wouldn’t know there had been any gaps at all. The application is easy, and the consistency is just right, not too runny and not too thick, which makes it simple to get a nice, smooth fill. I love how quickly it dries, meaning I don't have to wait around forever before I can start sanding. It really helps take 3D prints to the next level, giving a professional finish that hides all those tell-tale signs of printing. If you want to make your 3D prints look flawless, this putty is definitely worth adding to your toolkit. Just be prepared for your friends to ask how you managed to get such perfect, smooth prints, and you can decide whether or not to share the secret!

Perfect paint
Perfect paint, needs diluting if used in airbrush, but brilliant. Do not let this dry on the brush, you will regret the work it takes to get it out, but that is testament to it's strength and durability. Dries quickly, mixes well and is easy to use.

Excellent Gloss Finish – Protects and Shines Without Yellowing
This gloss varnish is a great final touch for models and miniatures that need a shiny, protective coat. It goes on smoothly with both brush and airbrush (just thin it slightly with Vallejo Thinner or a bit of water), and dries to a nice, even gloss without clouding or yellowing. It really brings out the richness of colors underneath and gives metallics an extra pop. Great for anything from lenses and gemstones to tanks, mechs, and fantasy armor. Best part? It's water-based and non-toxic, so it's safer to use indoors and easier to clean up. Just make sure to let your paints dry fully before applying, and give the varnish time to cure. Highly recommended for model makers, figure painters, and hobbyists looking for that final professional finish.

good size for small projects
I bought this acrylic paint thinner to loosen up the small pots of paint that came with a paint-by-numbers set and where some of the colours were not flowing well - some were quite stodgy! I had tried using water to thin the colours but this dilutes the colour on the canvas - I really needed something better. Most craft stores (the "Hobby" one for example) stock thinners but you have to buy large bottles and I only needed a small quantity. This small bottle of Vallejo thinner is perfect for me - I squirt a few drops into the tiny pots and give it a good stir and the problem is solved. It takes a fair few drops - and even a generous squirt in some cases - but the end result is great. Don't be deterred by the fact that the liquid is an opaque milky shade - it does not impact the colour of the paint you are thinning.
