Bought this unit Dec 2024. Really happy with the unit. It comes with a set of filters installed so I do not need to buy separately to get started. The water taste a lot better. We have around 300 reading from the TDS reading and we can consistently get less than 40 from this machine after filter. We can actually taste the difference between this and a stall filter bought from supermarket.One reason I bought this machine is that it is able to pre filter the water into an internal storage tank so I do not need to wait the water just out instantly.Customer service was pretty good. I encountered an issue with the machine and Lylan was able to help me troubleshoot and send me a replacement unit that arrived in 5 days.

I have been actively using this system for over six months now and have to say that I have thoroughly enjoyed it.The quality of the water in terms of taste is excellent! Periodically, I will measure the TDS (total dissolved solids) from the purified water and I have consistently received positive returns with readings under 5ppm during the first four to six months of use and now 5 - 10ppm post six-month interval.In contrast, the TDS readings from my municipal tap water can range between 40 - 170, so the TDS reduction this unit provides me is quite significant. To maximize the quality of the taste, I always let the water sit with the UV filter for about an hour or more before I drink it.I find that the longer the water is exposed to UV light, the better it will taste. In terms of durability, the unit has held up quite well and I've yet to experience any major problems with it. It comes with detailed instructions on how to clean and maintain the system.The company has an active customer support team that can assist you in the event should you need any help troubleshooting a problem.The economics of the system is probably the main selling point. If you factor in the cost to replace the filtration cartridges and how many gallons of purified water they generate over a six-month time period versus how much a gallon of purified water costs at a standard grocery outlet, the savings are quite significant.Long-term, it has actually saved me a lot of money (80-85% cost reduction per gallon) that normally would have gone towards the purchase in-store bottled water, which usually cost me around $1.50-2USD per gallon in my area depending on the location.Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and would gladly recommend this product to anyone who happens to be in the market for an affordable countertop reverse-osmosis water purification system, as well as those who may not be aware that such items even exist.

We have now been using our SimPure water filter for about 4 weeks now, and we are in love with it!We had begun to notice our well water wasn't tasting good and was cloudy since we have had a turkey farm go in near by several years ago, as well as another well being drilled at the bottom of our little valley, where a bunch of cattle would be 'fed out'. We did a lot of research and finally settled on trying the countertop version of the SimPure, and have not been disappointed!Our ice is crystal clear, as is our water now! And the taste is the same as our water used to be years ago. Good, clean tasting water again is a gift! The operation of the unit couldn't be simpler either. We keep our unit by the sink, and it's simple enough to fill any time more water is needed - and we drink a lot of water!***6 month update: We Still love this water purifier!! Water still tastes great, but it was time to do our first filter replacement - easy peasy! The heads tip out for easy accessibility! Love, love this water filter.

It's easy to use and the water tastes great. The machine itself is quite bulky and takes up a good amount of space on your countertop. There is a reason the company always offers $120 off their machines, or some sort of discount. It's because they get you to buy their products and then it doesn't last.I've spent over $500 now within an 18 month period and now it's become useless. You have to replace the set of filters every 6 months and they're $50 each time. The most recent time that I replaced my filters, it tasted so bad that I reached out to the company, but they wanted to ask me 45 different questions, so I got impatient and just ordered a new set. It came in, I replaced it and that's when my machine started leaking A LOT from the bottom so I called the company and they asked me to send in a video, and now they're telling me "sorry it's out of warranty, so you can have a 50% off code". So, after spending >$500 on a water purifier, it's only going to last me 18 months and you want me to trust your product again. Not a chance. I will be looking for something else on the market.Bottom line, DO NOT BUY THIS. It's not worth it!

Works as advertised, and gives RO purified water. I have to mention the high amount of noise it makes when the filtering is going on. It is quite noisy that way. Otherwise a good choice if you don’t have the choice of either installing a typical under the sink RO, or the option to change your plumbing.
