Simply turn the grinder on the side that spews the spices and watch it automatically grind and serve your spices on your favorite dishes. Spices Just The Way You Want Them! You no longer have to choose between course granules and fine granules, you now have the option of choosing both with our state of the art Salt and Pepper Mill! Simply turn the knob at the top of the device for either fine granules or course granules. Filing and Operating the Spice Mill Unscrew the transparent spice chamber by turning in a clockwise direction. Remove the chamber from the body and fill up to 80% of its capacity. IMPORTANT: DO NOT fill more than 80% as you can damage the grinder. Screw the chamber back onto the body by turning in a counter-clockwise direction. Tilt the mill upside down to activate the grinder. To adjust grinding size, turn the knob on top of the mill. Turn counter-clockwise for course and clockwise for fine. Important Not In the event that peppercorns become stuck in the grinder, turn the knob to the course setting and grind until peppercorn is released.
