I love this protein powder. It mixes very well and tastes good with water or milk. It is definitely one of my favorites.

I make a smoothie almost every morning with this protein. It makes for a very filling smoothie. I do with the cookies and cream tasted a little bit more like cookies and cream. But it is still very good. It has a very good texture as well. Not chalky at all like some other ones tend to be.
