This seemed pricy to me for what it is but I didn't want one with an elastic band going around my head because I knew it would be hard on my wimpy hair! This is made very well and of good quality material! I don't even have to wrap it around my head all I have to do because I'm a side sleeper is place it over my eyes and put the rest of the weighted part over the top of my head. If I roll over I re-adjust. Absolutely no light gets through and it is comfortable. I have an extremely sensitive head and this is lightweight and I havent gotten a headache. I highly recommend. Our son works 3rd shift and sleeps days. I recommended it to him. He finely ordered one. When I asked him what he thought his reply was that it’s a game changer!

I get frequent migraines and I notice cooling pressure helps with some relief, i saw this pop up on my amazon page one day and looked in to it. I'm not one to typically wear eye masks, and i really never considered buying one. I have to say its comfortable, perfect amount of weight, and remains cool. Its a comfortable way for me to shut out the light at night and eases my way in to sleep.
