Hand Wash Only
The website says machine wash. However, the sticker on the product says hand wash only.

Straw unreliable
The look and quality of the canteen are awesome but the straw mechanism can use some improvement. My kids and I struggle to siphon water out of the canteen. I think it’s a flaw in the making of the straw and the spout.
