Ordered yesterday after the red eyes seemed to be getting worse, hayfever for sure but this year seems to be worse and possibly also higher levels of pollution where there has been little rain and only occasional wind, I'm on the coast and the excess cruise ship pollution seems to be having its additional benefits for us locals! Anyways the drops are working even after a few drops during today the redness has gotten far less. Tip put them in the fridge first as the cool drops feels much nicer on the eye when its hot and irritated. My eyes haven been all that itchy to be fair but i'm taking 2 loratadine tablets per day as one just doesn't seem to cut it for the whole day. So now I look much less like I'm from the set 28 days later or I'm a vampire! Murine also works quite well but less so when its hayfever related. I use Murine when it just dry eyes or too much time at the PC (which is an occupational hazard) Fro the price just get them they works pretty well which shows the red eye is hayfever related and not conjunctivitis. As for people saying they sting, I cant comment as they didnt sting my eyes at all and after being in the fridge felt quite nice, but each person is different so don't think its the product personally, Optrex have a pretty good rep for being the got to for over the counter eye treatments. Don't wast time just buy them and stop suffering and if they don't work try some else but pretty these will Good luck

I believe works well if I stop touching my eyes after my hayfever symptoms start (or fur allergy flares up) but however I find the solution stings and dries my eyes out. I have better results from the “drops for itchy eyes”.

They do sting when first used during a hay fever flare up but this reduces with use. The drops work very quickly and are very effective. It’s a small bottle making it easy to take with you. A good price especially for the relief the hay fever drops provide.

Helped my dry eyes from allergies

I really need to use these eye drops every summer to alleviate the itchy eyes and all the discomfort from the hay fever season . They are a quick relief for me and make the summer easier to live with until all the grass pollen season is finished and the hay timing finished . Effective and value for money .

When it comes to eye drops, I'm becoming some sort of connoisseur these days; dry eyes, contact lens friendly, tired eyes, infection, dull eyes etc etc so it was only a matter of time before I ventured into the world of hay-fever eye drops. My hay-fever has been pretty rough this year and my eyes dripping have resulted in my make up running and me channeling some kind of diseased Panda. So I thought, why not try the hay-fever eye drops. I'll be honest, they did work in the sense that they stopped my eyes running so I guess YES they achieved what they set out to do. However I found that a few hours later I needed to put my dry eyes eyedrops in because my eyes got so dry my eyelid was sticking to my eyeball like a chameleon to a branch! This then resulted in the watery eyes again so it was some sort of vicious eyeball circle. Also, they did have a bit of a sting to them immediately when they dropped into the eye, so it actually made me want to rub my eye which obviously would've resulted in panda eves again. In terms of pricing, they are about average. I'm not using them anymore, but yes they work however be prepared for needing the dry eyes eye drops on standby too.
