OSS DS7200B Desk Mic Stand - Black

I was dubious at such a cheap price that this could be as good as the reviews said. It is very stable, quality feel, excellent value table top mic stand. Fits my SM58 nicely. Why pay more?

I’ve bought boom arms and table stands. This is the best, and the cheapest, of them all! Cracking value, allowing me to extent to the height I need at my desk. Couldn’t have asked for a better deal really!

Unfussy design, and much heavier than I expected, which is great.

Really strong and stable product. It fits my new Shure SM7B microphone well. Unfortunately the product arrived in a damaged used/box and Its quite clear the product has been used before with scratches, worn paint and slightly rustic screw tops. Real shame in that regard, as when I'm recording you can clearly see the cosmetic damage on the stand. That aside, it does its job well and my review is based purely on the cosmetic issues I've received as a customer.

Ein gut verarbeiteter Mikrofonständer, schwer und stabil gebaut mit sicherem runden Standfuß. Genau das, was ich brauchte, um ein relativ schweres Mikrofonsetup (in meinem Fall ein AKG Perception 220 + Spinne + Popschutz) sicher aufzustellen. Bin sehr zufrieden!

Se ve muy bonito en el escritorio con mi micro y su montura de choque, buen tamaño, buena hechura y materiales, pesadito para que se quede donde lo pones sin miedo que con un manotazo salga volando. Perfecto.

Bem construído e com bom acabamento. Parece ser bem durável. Recomendo.

Sağlam ve masaüstünde yer kaplamayan bir mikrofon standı arıyorsanız rode ds1 yerine bunu tercih edebilirsiniz. Aynı işi görüyor ve aynı sağlamlıkta. Kampanya dönemine denk geldi 2 aydır Rode nt1 Signature ve rode psm 6 shockmount u ile kullanıyorum. Çok memnunum ve kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

UPDATE: I ended up also purchasing the shorter, non-adjustable version of this stand, and it is fabulous as well. Because they're both variants of the same listing here on amazon, I can't create a second rating. But it doesn't matter, because they're both 5 stars. Very versatile and sturdy. If you need a very low mic mount stand get the shorter, non-adjustable one. If you need some height adjustment, get the taller one. Job done. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Not much to say: it's sturdy, well made, and has good height range. Works great for lightweight mics, and even mid-weight mics. Heavier mics can be used if you use a small 2.5 or 5 pound dumbell weight with 1" hole, placed on top of the base (with the stand part run through the dumbell weight).
